The location worked for us perfectly, quick access to all transport routes giving maximum flexibility to explore Milan and jump on train to Como. The continental breakfast was on the basic side but fantastic to be included. Being opposite a great food market was fantastic as gave us great options on the door stop after long days exploring and everyone at the market was super friendly!

Bed too hard for me, but Husband loved it! As others have said don’t be put off by the lift……but why the hotels don't group together and tidy it makes no sense.

The location was across the street from the central train station so that was convenient since we needed to catch trains to Lake Como and back and then to Florence. Inside the train station was a food market with lots of choices. We tried some of the food from there and there was all very good. The room itself was clean, the beds were comfortable the bathroom was well stocked. In the morning there was a little buffet breakfast which we enjoyed. The staff we encountered were helpful. Even though the location is in a busy area, having the windows shut kept the room quiet, so there were no issues with noise.

I don't have any issues with this property.

Location was brilliant. Straight across from the station, which was handy. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were helpful.

Street signage could be improved and a note in the instructions to ring their bell would be helpful.

The Hotel is very conveniently located ( 5 min walk from the train station). The room small but very clean. It is good option for a short stay.

If you have to leave before 7 am, you will not be able to have a breakfast ( just to take something out).

Hotel is on 5th floor. Room and bathroom ( with bidet) are spacious. Breakfast buffet: croissants, donuts, yogurts Breakfast starts at 7am, 22Nov. Location 3 min walk from Milan Central train station. There is a Chinese supermarket at the end of the street of this hotel. Chose here only because of proximity to the station ( bulky luggages). Paid 105e for a night, Milan accom is a little too costly.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Given wrapped tooth brush and toothpaste. Really nice Chinese/Italian Staff. They also speak English, of course. Amazing. Also have an elevator. Folen is only on the 5th floor. Got a good recommendation for a nearby Chalet restaurant, which was great.

Folen is almost across the street from the exit train station. Straight line to the right. Directions from hotel are confusing. First you ring the Folen bell. Then the gate will buzz open. Then go right. Go up 3 stairs and elevator is on left. Only go to 5th floor. The door will open. Desk is there. Shower is small.

Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and easy to get to the train. Morning staff are the best and afternoon staff wasn’t that approachable. The morning staff guy who makes coffee in the morning was very nice to be around, he’s very polite, smiles and shows good vibes. He’s an asset to this hotel. Over all, our stays are great.

Properly building is very old. Elevator is small but I think its normal in Italy. There was one night, I believe it was June 1st when the we heard a lot of cabinet slamming. We were staying in 305 and heard noises from 11pm 1am. We could not sleep due to noise.

This was the best hotel choice I have ever made. I give a sincere “5” on every element. Rare for me. It may not be as perfect for you as it was for me, but “value” is always part of my measure. What I did not expect, was the location … perfect for my needs. Across the street is the fantastic Milano Céntrale Station. From there you can cover the entire city by metro within 30 minutes. It’s also a high-speed rail station, which allowed us to spend a full day in Florence. It was a surprising bonus. Venice, Rome, Turin and Napoli all all within a day trip.

I have no complaints.
