Perfect location just steps away from the train station and buses/taxis to/from Malpensa airport. Great place to spend a night in between your travels. Clean, modern, comfortable bed, they do have AC control in each room, but you might need to ask the front desk to unlock it. Coffee machine and some drinks/snacks are available at the front desk.

Might be hard to find if you do not read the reviews or message the property ahead of time for the directions. It’s pretty simple though: Walk to the exact address that google shows you, underneath ADA hotel sign (next to the arch with the metal gates) it’s multiple hotel signs with intercoms , look for Metropoli, buzz - they unlock the door. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

Very friendly staff, very close to train station which makes it very convenient for both arriving by train, and leaving for airport (airport shuttle departs just outside the hotel). Balcony included in room (though there is not much of a view…)

Don’t expect too much decor-wise. Very blandly white and quite compact room.

Location is right across Milan Central station, 24hrs reception, firm bed, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Street is not too noisy, building and location feel safe. Shower pressure is good. Clean sheets and clean room. Entrance to the building is near the corner beside Queen Bar at the end of the street. Hotel is on the 3rd floor, they have a small sign at the entrance of the building. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the train station. Some toiletries were provided (toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton buds, shower cap).

Small bottled water they sell is €3. Better to buy from the nearby Carrefour Express for a bigger bottle that costs €0.70. Only 3 pillows were provided and they were a bit hard. Room gets hot so the window gets too much moisture and water pools on the floor. Only one elevator is available and it's too small to fit more than 2 people comfortably. If you have big and multiple luggages then it's gonna be difficult.

For convenience and access to rail transport, one could not find better. A very clean, modern small hotel just steps from Stazione Centrale in Milano it is absolutely perfect for travelers who will spend an over-night or have a limited several day stay in Milano (first time travelers who are in Milano primarily for tourism may find a hotel in the heart of Milano more suited to excursions on foot, though they can expect to pay considerably more for that, depending on the season). That said, as someone who visits Milano frequently I found the hotel to be well suited for my purposes, since I am comfortable with public transport as well as long walks. I found the experience of being so close to the Central Station to be very pleasant indeed, now that the new Central Market is open as well, making quick tasty lunches or dinners very easy to obtain. The hotel is immaculate, the breakfast option is very convenient, the staff is friendly and responsive if not particularly warm. The free Wi-Fi works very well, there is an elevator (the hotel is located on the third floor) and access to all forms of travel, whether local into the heart of the city, by train to the periphery or other parts of Italy, or by air using the airport shuttles, could not possibly be more convenient. My room was bright and sunny, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was spacious and modern.

There were some unusual water leakage problems from the shower and sink, nothing tragic, that should be repaired quickly. Obviously such problems happen, and I have no doubt they will be remedied very quickly as the staff is very attentive to the maintenance of the hotel, as one can see from the condition of the structure. The only other complaint, a minor one, is that it was quite easy to hear other guests in the adjoining room at night, but as this never occurred late, it was not a real problem.

The location is right next to Milano Centrale so it was very convenient especially for those travelling to the Malpensa airport, as the buses were just parked right outside. It's good that it is located on the 3rd floor as the noise from the streets can be disregarded. It is located in an old building with other hotels in other floors but we liked it especially the vintage elevator and the staircase design. The rooms itself are very modern and has all the amenities you would need.

The common areas can be too warm, but good that you can adjust the room temperatures independently. The toilet can be quite high especially for shorter people like us 😅

Very good position. The hotel is very close to the train station. And outside the hotel, there are the shuttle busses to the airport. The subways stations are also very close. and there are many restaurants nearby. It's easy to go to the supermarket . Everything is so convenient. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a little refrigerator, and I find the sleeping shoes! Specially there are teas . The staffs are very kind and helpful. JOYCE gives me a good welcome, it's so good feeling after many hours train. Thanks a lot! The breakfast are also very delicious.

It's literally 1 minute from the stop where the Malpensa shuttle leaves you. I loved this because I had to check in around 1 a.m., so I didn't have to walk alone at night. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. It exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel, compared to other countries. The check-in was also flexible, so that's great. Would highly recommend it if you're staying one night!

I didn't take breakfast, but it seemed a bit expensive and simple from what I saw the morning after. There are other better breakfast options in the neighborhood for a similar price The hotel is in the building with other hotels (there is a hotel sign outside), so make sure to check the board on the building that you're in the right place.

The location within a few minutes walk from Milan Central station. It's also handy to use other public transport, coaches to the airport and the hop on tourist bus. It's a modern and bright recently refurbished hotel housed in a historic building with an old fashioned lift. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was well appointed. The shower is hot and powerful. And there's a kettle with tea and coffee in the room and water in the fridge. Close to lots of places to eat. Great to be able to get to the station for an early train in under five minutes.

The room was very warm and the temperature is operated centrally by reception staff. It was cold in Milan so a warm room is welcome. However for me it was just too hot. I could and did open the window, however you then get the city noises and pollution in the room. Air con is I guess not an option in the winter. I understand and appreciate why they operate heating centrally to ensure energy is not wasted. This was the only minor niggle I had.

Room & bathroom were exceptionally clean and convenient and exceeded our expectations. We did not need a much larger room as we stayed in only for the nights. The location right next to the shuttle bus stop made it extremely convenient for us to connect to Malpensa Airport. The nearby metro station, too, made all locations easily accessible.

The breakfast is not worth paying for at all. Just skip it. I guess the hotel does not prioritize the breakfast experience, which is okay since it was optional from the beginning. Take the metro and have a great start of the day at the main tourist sites.

The room was very nice and had a lot of unexpected amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a small toiletries kit. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a great location, just across from the central train station.

The outside of the building and the neighborhood seemed a little rough. There are three hotels inside the building, each on a different floor. There are also business in the building. However, that being said I would still recommend this hotel.
