The price of the room was very good, there was a large selection at breakfast and the metro was close to the hotel

Reliable Hilton quality, with large rooms. We had booked a double room with an extra bed, and the room turned out to be really large even with the extra bed in it. Large bathroom too. Ever so slightly dated, but still very very good quality. GREAT breakfast: various types of eggs, meats, cereals, youghurts, pastries etc etc. And great coffee obviously. We arrived late by train, so the location was great, just 5 minutes by foot from the station.

Can't fault the property as such. To visit the city over several days, the location would not be the best. But it's very good if you have a late train arrival, or an early departure.

Everything was extremely clean and tidy, but the hotel rooms need refurbishment.

Good beds, lavish breakfast! The room is quite spacious

It was sometimes noisy as we heard the neighbours… The cleaning was a bit careless: tea supply was not refreshed, there were no glasses for the toothbrushes in the bathroom and we had to use the one from the room. The cleaner did not bother to add a glass🤔 we were ok with the cups though but could have been more convenient to have more glassware

No doubt, it certainly gives yours money's worth!! This is Hilton status. I have stayed here for four nights and i think that it was a perfectly serviceable , reliable and comfortable hotel option in Milan. It is a few minutes walk from the main train train station & metro lines. It's also around 10 mins metro to the Duomo and the main shopping area around the Duomo. The all staff was very kind , smiling and accommodating. Everyone spoke great English, all signage in English in the hotel. Beautiful hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant. Room was good decorated , elegant and useful. There was very much wall plugs into the room and this provided me the big comfort zone. The open buffet breakfast was magnificent. One of my travel dates I had no chance to join breakfast. I was told me that they can give me the breakfast box since I wont join. Let's face it that was incredibly well-thought and prepared box with all. Loved so much. Special thanks to front office team since they gave me the room before than regular check in time and it saved my day after long flight. That was very helpful. The service could not have been better. I thank you whole Hilton Milan team. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from day one. I can't wait to plan my next stay again!

Good location near the main train station and transport links across the city. The breakfast is excellent with something for everyone. Thebed was large and comfortable and the executive lounge has an outside terrace.

No hot food in the executive lounge. The bathroom extractor unit was very loud Why on earth are all the staff forced (I'm assuming it is a horrible Hilton policy) to wear face masks. It is so alien and not a great way to be welcomed or looked after. Such pointless theatre and an inhumane way to treat your staff.

The breakfast was really good with an onsite chef who was making eggs, waffles, pancakes based on the requests from the guests. The buffet had variety but i wish there were a few different items. For three days we had the same menu. The staff at the breakfast and restaurant were really helpful. With two kids this was the perfect stay for us in Milan. 2 mins walk to the Milan central station and Metro station.

the shower mechanism...I was exhausted from our long commute from Bellagio, Lake Como. It took a while to understand how the shower works.

The location was great - really convenient for the station and metro. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good bar and nice breakfast. Very comfortable beds and good air-conditioning

The musty smell in my room (we had a leak after a heavy downpour, which maintenance sorted extremely quickly, but I suspect it has happened before, hence the musty smell.) The room decor is very drab and brown - could do with some renovation. The room was quite dark and dingy. The bathroom was very small and the shower wasn’t great. My son was very happy with his room though!

Convenient in terms of transportation, parking area available, taxi stop available, 7-10 minutes away from attractions, close to the central station. Staff were the most friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a great variety. It was a great option for Milano.

Small toilets. One of our rooms smelled like strong cigarettes, but hotel fixed that.

Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
