5mins-walk to Metro station red line that takes you to all the central attractions. Renovated inside except the windows. Large windows with good lighting in room.

Old windows with no insulation. Although stayed on the 4th floor the noise of the street is still very apparent. Ground floor is elevated with several stairs before the lifts. The hotel's entry is on the 3rd floor but the rooms are on the 4th floor. The lift only takes you to the 3rd floor, had to walk through internal stairs to reach the room's floor. Not recommended for heavy baggages (Hotel staff was helpful to assist)

A good location, near the metro, so it is convenient to get to any point of the city. The room is spacious, clean and bright with a very spacious bathroom. There was a hairdryer and a refrigerator in the room, everything worked properly. I liked the staff, friendly, smiling, ready to help and make your stay comfortable. The man who was on the night shift made us coffee at 5 in the morning, and the girl who was there after lunch gave us detailed information on how to get to the airport.

I like the staff, very helpful just like other guests reviewed before. Most of all the cleanliness at their best. The location are best, some noisy from the surrounding neighbor just make it more perfect, because this is Italia and that is their culture to speak loud, yelling every time.

1. Giacosa could provide an electric kettle since the tap water didn't hot enough. 2. Giacosa could provide a small ramp on their main stair, since the elevator stop at mezanine level of ground floor.

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. They deserve a 9 for how fantastic they are. Transport within walking distance, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. A little further from central Milano, but we liked that. The metro is quick and easy to use. Excellent buffet breakfast, for a very reasonable price! Coffee of course was superb. Clean and comfortable.

Nothing! Perhaps another USB port in the room, as there is only one, it’s not a deal breaker though.

The hotel itself is on the 3rd floor of the building. There is an elevator. I liked the number. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the air conditioner was warm, the room smelled delicious. Breakfast 4 euros, sweet table, yoghurts, fruits, coffee. Good for such money. Near a cafe of Peruvian cuisine, very tasty. There are many small grocery stores around. Metro nearby, convenient to get anywhere in Milan.

Everything was super clean and just like the description. We left our luggage when we arrived and when we left, in a proper place. Very nice.

It’s too far from the train/bus station. The hot water from the shower wasn’t great, after my partner bath, I barely had any hot water.

The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to two major metro stations, "Pasteur" and "Loretto". This strategic positioning allowed us easy access to the city centre in just a few quick stops. The staff members were ready and eager to assist, making us feel truly taken care of.

could have been a bit cleaner, shower and floors were a bit old. Our room was above reception so quite loud at night when they were doing dishes and the open plan reception meant we could hear everything happening below us

Staff at the reception was lovely! Hotel was small a quiet located on a third floor of a big building. Room was a good size! Location was very good

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable one and the linen didn’t smell very fresh. Overall for a night in Milan close to the metro and central station it was okay

A room was clean and comfortable. The location is 5 minutes away from subway (Pasteur station) and 25 minutes walk from Central railway station.

There is not much not to like. Some people may sneer at the fact that the hotel is on the 3rd floor, but to me that was totally ok.
