Nice location, not far from the metro. Staff was excellent in every way, Happy, engaging and informative

bathroom was very tight, room was a bit small. No place to open a suitcase, had to do so on the floor. A suitcase valet vs two chairs (which had no use in a small room) would have been better

Easy to find. Check in person was very nice, breakfast personel was nice. Very good and plentiful breakfast with crispy bacon, egg, pancake: excellent start for the day. Breakfast coffee was really good: better than in many cafeterias. Nice breakfast area. Served the purpose for one night stay. I was lucky to get the car on streetpark right next to the hotel (parking in Milan seems quite a challenge).

Very expensive! Small room with cheap feeling. Check out interaction: functional, no problem, but not hearing normal courtesy left me with blunt feeling (there shouldn't have been any reason to be angry to me).

The pillows were a little bit uncomfortable for me , not for my partner tho. Also, there are no slippers in the room but there was a clean floor and it was ok after all . I knew that was quite a distance to the center ( the Duomo) but I was ready to walk so prepare for one hour to the main attractions. If not, the metro station was 10 minutes away and the Milano Centrale which is the main train station is 20 minutes far from the hotel.

We definitely enjoyed good breakfast and amazingly friendly personel. Wi fi is also very satisfying, location is comfortable, welcoming beverages in the fridge were very nice and unexpected and except small inconveniences everything was taken care of once asked. I would come back for sure. Thank you for everything!

These following dislikes of ours would be taken care of if we said something but as the general it would be great if it didn't happen at all - not working light next to one of the beds and English explanation about tv channels. Beside that it would be nice to be able to have a cup of coffee or tea in the evenings. Shower is a bit uncomfortable but not anything you can't get used to. There was missing metal part that covers the shower hole where the water drains to and it was very dangerous to put your feet on that but we told about it to the reception the next day and it was fixed. Generally speaking everything was great and we would definitely go back !

Very polite and helpful front desk staff. Spacious room, cleaned every day. Effiient wi-fi. Delicious coffee and diverse menu: yummy cakes + much enough for full breakfast eaters from other parts of Europe (ham, salami, cheese, scrambled eggs, hot sausage, veggies, and more). Quiet and safe residential neighourhood. If necessary a Pam food store in a short walk distance (Bazzini St), plus restaurants, bars, gelateria, etc. If you use city transport, great options to get to different parts of Milan: red M1 and green M3 (stations Piola nad Loreto), however both are located circa 10 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Nothing worth mentioning, like no tv channels other than Italian.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is located within an 8-10 minute walk to two different metro lines M1 Loreto, and M2 Piola. The hotel was nice, as it was out of the center of town and not as noisy. They offer a very nice breakfast between the hours of 7-10 a.m. and had many options to choose from. All the staff were working hard and took great pride in keeping the area clean after each customer. They even watched our luggage AFTER we checked out from our stay, so we could spend more time in town before our evening train. The view from our balcony was beautiful - - - little neatly kept garden spaces below. Would certainly go back and will recommend to friends/family.

The lighting in some of the halls were a little too dark for my personal preference. The bed was not very comfortable, it was way too firm of a mattress. It might not be a big deal for younger people, but for older guests, it wasn't the support I needed. Maybe recommend an extra pillow or two in the room.

It was a true pleasure staying at this hotel, with nice big hotel rooms, lovely balcony to the back garden, and great sized and comfortable toilets. Would definitely recommend. (just be aware of the fact that, you have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest metro station, and from there get in to the city centre.) The walk was pretty cold in January, but of course you can dress to the occasion. But otherwise, great hotel, perfect breakfast and super friendly staff.

Very good breakfast - even thought the food was repetitive, they have a wide selection of food. The pastry was excelent and as a bonus the coffee was freshly made. Not a thing that we didn`t like, but a thing that could be improved - adding slippers into the rooms.
