Everything, just don’t hesitate to book it, clean comfortable, sandro is the nicest person in italy, the train station is 10 minutes walk and you can get to wherever you want to milan, I didn’t even need to use the car I rented haha

There is no laundry service, it might cause a trouble if your clothes are limited, however there is a coin operated washing machine near by

The rooms of this small guesthouse on the fifth floor of a large building are beautifully designed and very comfortable. Alessandro Pattini prepares espresso when we arrive — very nice indeed.

The area is safe, but cars have been broken into recently. There are, however, plenty of parking options in the area. To get to the centre, just take the metro which takes you to the Duomo within 15 minutes.

Very nice place nice decor 👌 very Italy 🇮🇹 host was spot on location was great for me nice food around the area obviously being Italy 🇮🇹 all but good reviews here. I should no too as I travel all over Europe for work stay in many places give it ago u won't be disappointed

Very cosy and comfortable. Sandro was most helpful with information. Lovely breakfast in the room.

Difficult to park if there are no free parks on the street. We had to go to a parking station for 20 euros for the night.

Sandro was a very friendly and supporting host. He served coffee directly when we came. The apartment is clean and beautiful decorated. The Metro is close by and by that you are in 15 min at the main station. Parking Garage is close by too but you need to count around 30€ per 24 hours

We stayed due to work at Pattini Guest House. The place was really beautiful and comfortable but the major highlight was the owner: He was delightful from the second we arrived and really understanding with our needs: Thanks for booking the taxi! Also, we recommend to pay a visit to local bars and restaurants starting from the place downstairs owned by Giuseppe and the Bertamé Kitchen.

We booked the room with a private bathroom. We had it but it wasn't ensuite but there wasn't a massive problem. Also, our room was interior but still nice views. As the place per se, it's easier to go walking than going by subway so keep it in mind!

I would book again! Super clean, great breakfast, extremely hospitable host and very comfortable room! For those particular about the bed, I really liked the beds here that were not too soft (often I find hotel beds way too soft). A bit of a walk to the metro but not too much, it’s a nice walk and there are two metro stations close by, taking you to all major sights and locations.

Sandro was really gentleman. He is so helpful and makes your trip easier. Guest House has a warm atmosphere, you will feel at home. My room was so pleasant and clean. The subway is within walking distance. Parking area is available, that was perfect for me. Thank you! Hope to be there again.

Sandro was wonderful, helpful and caring yet very discreet. He advised us well to find restaurants and different places around the hotel. The cherry on the cake was without a doubt the breakfast served beautifully by our host at the time we had requested it! The room was very clean and noiseless! Perfect stay with a fantastically accommodating host! Thanks Sandro, we loved it!
