The reception staff were so gracious, helpful, and welcoming. We arrived late after a very difficult travel day when every train we had tickets for from Germany through Switzerland and then Italy was significantly late. So their kindness meant a lot. The room was actually quite spacious and thankfully was on the ground floor.. Bed and sheets were very comfortable and there was abundant hot water for the showers. While the price was higher than we had been used to paying for a modest hotel on Milan close to the train station, it was WAY more reasonable than any other hotel in Milan for one night. We found out the next morning that there was a big furniture exhibition in town so that's one reason why rates were so exorbitant at other places.

All good for what we needed

The room was clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The reception is very attentive. The cleaning lady also came regularly. The area is safe and all attractions are within easy reach of the hotel. There is also a grocery store almost next door.

I missed the opportunity to put the food in the fridge or heat it in a microwave.

The hotel is nice for what it offers for the price. They were kind to keep my bags before check in. Nice touch were amenities in the room like paper house shoes or toothpaste with toothbrush... Nice park across.

Everything was ok for the price. Nothing really negative.

It was a very nice room, very friendly staff and close to nice bars and restaurants. Although the bathroom is shared, we had a sink in our room which was very convenient. All in all a nice place to discover Milan from!

The room was next to a very loud street.

Nice and very helpful and supporting service. Helped me a bit with my lost documents. Besides this it a neat and calm place to stay with great communication with the rest od the city, one Metro stop to central station.

It was perfect for one night ! At the arrival they were really nice, the check-in and check-out were easy to do. Milano is a small city so the hotel is close from everything by subway

The location is wonderful: quiet, but close to the metro. Anastasia, the owner/manager, is the kindest woman in the world: very friendly, always ready to help. Th room is very clean, rather spacious, quiet.

I was very impressed by the kindness. very good value for money, recommended for a quick stay, convenient location.

They went out of their way to be helpful. Bed very comfortable. Room and bathroom very clean. It is an old hotel, an old typically Milan type of building. Therefore as I know Milan well, it met my expectations.

Spent only one night so it was good stay for the value. When we arrived, the owner (probably) offered cold water, gave directions to places, also directed pizza guy straight to our room!

Located in station area which means not so safe environment, shared bathrooms takes away from general coziness, room without fridge
