It was located quite close to tube stations. There were stores and restaurants nearby. Reception open 24/7. Private bathroom.

Weve had an old, rough blanket and a decorative cover to sleep under, it wasn't comfortable at all. There must have been a smoking area right outside our window as we could frequently smell a strong cigarette smell, windows had to be completely shut at all times. Hairdryer was quite a nightmare to use, it was old fashioned, heavy model where the on-button had to be held for the dryer to stay on. It was making it difficult to dry my long hair, especially that there was no protective mesh on the back that caused my hair to be pulled in and damaged badly.

I was happy with my stay here - the room was small but clean and nicely furnished. There was also a fridge in my room which was very helpful. The bathroom was also nice and very clean too. The plug sockets are the 3 pin ones so please make sure you have the correct adapter as the 2 pin adapter will not fit. The receptionist very kindly let me borrow an adapter and I was able to use this for my stay. The reception desk was managed by staff at all times, and every time I walked in someone would always walk over to the desk. You do have to leave your key at the desk when leaving the hotel but in my experience I never had to wait for staff to show up so didn't mind leaving the key. The hotel is by a park in a lively residential area. The park also includes an area for dogs, and so you can often hear both children and dogs playing nearby, but it was quiet at night.

The shower in my room was broken. It was still useable, the top of the shower head was cracked so water was pouring out from the top instead. The shower drain also smelled sometimes so I kept the bathroom door shut.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to nice cafe and transport. To be honest, I dropped the bag off until late so hardly spent any time in the room. The reception is open 24 hours which was handy cos they ask you to leave the key. The hotel was busy and there was hardly any noise. Bathroom clean and hot water. Breakfast was simple but fine. Coffee bar. I liked it.

There was a safe in the room but didn't work. It is sometimes a hassle to ask management to look at this. No problem but always worth checking these things.

The hotel is placed near Loreto underground station with amazing connection to Duomo or Milano Centrale. The staff is very friendly, they answered every question nicely especially on how to get to the hotel from Bergamo airport. The room was a bit small but it was not a problem for us, the beds were okay and the wifi was working pretty fast. It was really good for a three nights stay. Might return again when I'm in Milan.

The pillow was not comfy and it's the only con I can think of.

Spacious, comfortable, friendly staff

Very friendly & accommodating staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and they always provide fresh towels & replenish the bathroom supplies. There's also a mini fridge, safe, cable tv & wi-fi. The property is situated in a quiet area, but still close & accessible to the main attractions & feels very homey.

No elevator. It wasn't a problem for me, but just something to take note if you have accessibility/disability issues or have a big luggage. Also, coffee/tea making facility could have been provided in the room. But overall, still a recommended place to stay.

Great localisation near metro and bus stops, in walking distance from Milano Centrale. Park view. The building is obviously old, but everything inside the room was working properly. Bed was comfy, no outside noises to interfere a good sleep.

Some tableware and kettle could be useful, but still, hot water was available at lobby 24/7. Breakfast could also be better

The place is pretty old but very nice and clean. Room cleaning and towel change every day. Staff is very friendly and nice, tried to help me even if they didn't know the answer to my question.

The room is very small and tiny. I stayed alone and there was no place to put my little case and a backbag. It wasn't a big deal though, just a little thing

A nice inexpensive (for Milan) hotel in the quiet zone of Loreto: 2 metro lines nearby, not more than 10 minutes to the very center, 20 minutes on foot from/to the Central Station and buses to airports. My single room was small and didn’t look new, but it was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable, so the sleep quality was good. There’s a small safety-box and a mini-fridge in the room. Breakfast is not big but you pay exactly for what you eat, so it’s very fair. The staff’s friendly. In general, a convenient hotel where you don’t pay exorbitant prices (Milan is expensive) but get a decent stay.

It’s not a new hotel, the room is small, you have to wait a lot for hot water to come. This hotel is not an "experience" but rather a practical choice.

Clean rooms, lovely staff, very polite and friendly. There are metro stations close to the hotel and it takes 15mins in total to get to the Centre of Milan. Close to the central station too for connection to the airports. The neighbourhood is nice and has shops nearby.
