I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews left by other guests. I really didn't have any of the issues that they apparently had. My room was clean, quiet, and safe (which is what we all need anyway, right?). The gentleman at the reception allowed me to leave my luggage with him on the first day as I had showed up a few hours early. The people at the reception who buzzed me in during the evenings were always very helpful and attentive. There are actually quite a number of (probably) similar hotels on the same street. The hotel is easily reached on foot from the Piola Metro Station and I walked around a lot in this part of the city of Milan without issues.

The room was altogether adequate. The bed was comfy enough, but most importantly, everything was clean, there's breakfast in the morning (the caffe is lackluster, but I was still happy enough for it to be there). Honestly, I don't think you're staying at this place for a luxurious getaway, but for a budget-friendly hotel, it checks all the important boxes.

As mentioned, the coffee was pretty lackluster, but for that to be it's main flaw, I think you're getting good value for money overall. You're not exactly, central, but everything important is within walking distance, and for my purposes I wanted to be a little outside centre anyhow.

I liked that it was near the train station, they served us breakfast anything too fancy but at least you can start the day with a meal at the hotel. They cleaned the room while we were gone so that was great.

I didn’t like the location of the hotel, it was a little bit sketchy at night because it’s next to a park, and the zone was very dirty.

The staff was very kind and helped with every request we had. The breakfast was very good and tasty. We had coffee and cappuccino made in the moment, which was nice. Our room was cleaned daily and the towels were chaiged too. The hotel's location is perfect - close to metro station and central station.

We had only one electrical socket and it was in the bathroom.

the room was basic but it was just to sleep in and the beds were comfy so it did what we needed

The hot drinks on a morning were not self serve and the staff member on a morning was not often around so we sometimes had to wait for a drink

The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Nice quarter, calm and close to 2 metro lines, Tv and net! Good breakfast and host!

A little noisy in the room by air conditioner and no terrace!

I like the that the price was good for the room.

I stayed there in February month so the weather was chilly but the heating system was not good at all .

location was good and the room was spacious. average breakfast. couple of buns and bread with cereal.

soap was missing and the bed was old and uncomfortable
