We used this property for a short transit, one night. It is suitable for this kind of situations. You can get to the property easily with the subway from the central train station, or you can have a 25-30 minutes walk there. The room was clean, the fridge in the room was a plus, there was quiet, nothing to really complain about.

You have to leave your keys at the property when you leave. All the keys are accessible to anyone entering the property. Even if you have to ring to get inside, I believe this could rise some security concerns. They pretty much take your word for the room you stay in and there are multiple persons at the reception, being a family business. I believe the guest should be allowed to take the keys with them. The reception is open until 2AM, after this hour you have to call the owners to let you in. It's not that bad, but it can be improved. The price could be a little better.

Very good hotel, all was fine and as expected for 2-star standard, kind owners, very clean, fridge inside a room (which is very helpfull in the summer). Metro station Piola is very close and also Carrefour 24/7 is very close. Perfect for few days travellers/backpackers.

We had already stayed here before so we knew what to expect. Small family run Hotel close to Piola Metro stop, only 3 stops away from Milano Centrale. basic rooms with a fridge and bathroom, clean and comfortable enough for a 2 night stay with a 2 month old baby

within ten minutes to the green and red subway stations. 15 minutes walk from the main station. Spacy clean room, bathroom was clean as well.

the only downside was the mattress, which was in one piece and collapsed in the middle

Not far from the railway station (about 25 min on foot), to the city center is about 3 kilometers. The hotel is clean and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is very beautiful and calm. I liked everything!

Location was great and the staff were very friendly. Also let us keep our bags there free of charge after check out.

Said “garden views” which were just of the little front gardens of the houses opposite. Shower was low power and wouldn’t stay up so had to be held.

The room was even better than expected. Everything was clean, the location itself is nice and balcony is beautiful for early morning coffee. The hotel is close to both Loreto and Piola metro stations, which is an advantage, when it comes to catching of both m1 and m2 lines. The stuff was polite and nice, letting us keep the luggage until the end of the next day. And we liked the dogs at the reception as well ;)

I’ve never experienced staff preparing a cappuccino for free in the morning to their guests. A great touch of humanity.

The curtain in the room was dusty (I imagine it’s a difficult item to wash). Every hotel in Milan has now become ridiculously expensive.

Personel was very nice, we were able to check in earlier and they make sure we feel welcomed. We could also store our bags after check out and enjoy Milan before our late flight. Localisation is also great as very close to metro station.

In Milan it was a heat wave and the AC wasnt the best. We were located in the last floor where it was extremely hot.

Nice friendly staff, super clean, good location, incredible value for money.

It's very centeral so it can be a bit loud sometimes, nothing over the top.
