Great location. Close to Garibaldi station which is the cheapest way to reach any destination. Spacious room and large bathroom. Try to use the locator to find the place or ask for a point of reference, because the entrance is very discreet, which can be a problem if you arrive at night.

We missed an extra key as we were 3 people and there was no one at the reception.

The location of the apartment is great, right in front of the train station and metro station, and 5 minutes away from the bus station that takes you to the airport. The apartment is spacious and clean, my friends and I had an amazing time. We were met by the host, who was very kind and gave us lots of recommendations about the city and different places to eat. She also accommodated us with the requests we had, and we were able to leave the luggages and check in before the room was ready.

The accommodation was a bit hard to find within the complex, be aware of the signs or ask the host in advance for some pointers (go inside the complex through the large wooden door, turn left down the hallway to the last staircase, go up a half flight of steps to the elevator then to the 4th floor). The elevator is small, therefore if you are many people or with big luggages, you might need to make more than one journey.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bayard101 hotel in Naples and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just steps away from Naples Central station, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The best part, however, was the hotel's excellent location - it was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it a perfect home base for exploring Naples. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and modern amenities. The staff at the Bayard101 were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. One thing that really stood out was how the staff went out of their way to make my celebration extra special, which was a lovely touch.

The only downside was that the hotel was a little noisy at times, especially during peak hours. However, this didn't detract too much from my overall experience.

We only stayed here for one night, but it can serve as a great base for sightseeing the whole region. We communicated with Marco prior to arrival and he greeted us downstairs earlier than the check-in time to allow us to store our luggage so we could leave to visit the city. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and thoroughly clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I liked the decor, high ceilings, and the fact that older elements of the building were converted into decor pieces, so it keeps its charm even if everything else is brand new. The area is not the best, as is in any major city in the world next to train stations, but we felt safe at all times, and it's nothing that we could fault the owner for 🙂.

The location couldn't have been better, It was right opposite the Napoli Centrale Railway Station and beside the Garibaldi Metro station. Room was large and spotless. Marco was fantastic as well, he allowed us early check-in as well wzout any extra cost. The bathroom was very clean and well-equipped. Overall it was a very positive experience and that made us book another night wz them on our return journey after 3 days. Marco was very helpful and was very quick to respond to our WhatsApp messages as well providing us wz tips for places and dining spots.

Host Marco waited for us in front of the entrance to the building. He took us inside and on an elevator to the 4th floor where the B&B is located. The room is big, with a comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom and excellent shower.

Only one minor thing that can be fixed easily: When we returned to our room after dinner, we had some difficulty trying to remember the right way to the elevator (after opening the front door). There are a few ways you can go and one or two signs would help.

Excellent location for getting to the airport. The room was really nice and big enough. Check in was very smooth. Comfortable stay for one night! I really liked the possibility to close the door in front of the window so we were able to have complete darkness for sleeping. Bed was comfy.

Maybe it is my bad but I could not find an electric kettle for making a tea. Someone opened the room while we were in a room which is probably not the owners fault but I recommend locking the room from the inside right away. Little bit noisy because of the central location.

The hotel is a really lovely modern space set inside an older building. The bedroom was exceptionally clean and comfortable and perfect for our overnight stay. We particularly loved the modern design and the bathroom was fantastic. We had travelled 4 days without luggage (which was left behind at Heathrow), starting in Rome. then Sorrento and back to Naples. It was hot and we were still quite stressed by the lack of our belongings, but the air con, and lovely shower was fantastic after being so uncomfortable in the summer heat and still in the same limited clothes! Marco was extremally helpful and tried to call the airline and airport to help locate our bag, which had been eventually delivered to Naples airport. He spoke great English and understood our problem and we will always be grateful for trying to help! Marco showed us where to catch the bus to the airport and eventually we retrieved our long lost bag, just in time for pizza and wine that evening...to our huge relief!! By the time we returned from the airport, we were limited for time, but found a fantastic restaurant just a short walk away called La Cantina Dei Mille.

The room itself was an unexpected positive surprise. It has been remodeled with the latest lighting and fixtures. Very comfortable particularly for a family in the larger room.

It would have been nice to have received directions on how to find the unit within the large old building where it is located. Fortunately, we met someone who told us how to find it. i.e. turn left down the hallway to the last staircase, up a half flight of steps to the elevator then to the 4th floor as I recall.

Beautiful room with high ceilings and really comfortable bed. Bathroom is new and modern and has walk in rain shower. The location is excellent, because it's right in front of main train/metro station, which was really convenient when we were going to other parts of the city and Pompeii. Host is very kind and gave us some nice tips for food and things to do. We would definitely come back here!
