The room we stayed in was modern, exceptionally clean, a good size, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom/shower, great internet, superb tv with Netflix to chillax after a busy day sightseeing. The breakfast was continental with incredibly fresh and varied croissants, yoghurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, lovely ground coffee from a machine - just press the button. Fantastic way to start the day (we stayed 4 nights). The icing on the cake was the way we were looked after by Emmanuelle and Milena - nothing was too much trouble. Many top hotels I have stayed in could learn so much from these two an how to look after guests. Also, we used the train station (across the road) to visit Sorrento and Herculaneum (Scavi Ercolano station) - so great location for getting to places including Pompeii and a 30 minute walk to Castle Nuovo and other local attractions.

On arriving we were skeptical as to what we had booked due to the outside appearance of the building and it did take a few minutes to recognise the entrance door between a Pharmacy and a restaurant/bar that we should enter - my fault entirely for not looking at the pictures we were sent by the owners - silly me!!! But our fears quickly dispersed on entering the apartment which is on the fourth floor - accessible either by a lift or the 100 steps - which we took every time - just for the glutes!!!

I needed to stay in Naples for one night in close proximity to the train station due to an early departure the next morning. Reading the reviews of all other places in the area created a lot of anxiety -- lots of low quality hotels and descriptions of unsafe or uncomfortable environments. L'Elegant is the solution! For travelers who need to be close to the train station it is a comfortable, clean and beautiful stay. Checkin was seamless and I was provided with the full attention of the owner, Emanuele! My experience was top notch from booking to check-out and I feel so fortunate to have found this spot to stay overnight.

EXCELLENT! 100%. The check-in and check-out were super easy, but this hotel was the best on so many levels. The hotel is newly renovated with beautiful furniture, technology (room access), and lighting. The room is modern and really clean, there is soft LED lighting, and even floor motion-activated lights in case you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The bathroom is spacious and we truly appreciated the shower which had plenty of space. The breakfast was 10-star excellent, we had plenty to eat and it was fresh. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone near the Naples area. We wished we could have stayed at the hotel longer. The beds were so comfortable and no other hotel compared in our 2-week stay in Italy. The was perfect for us because it was a few minutes walking distance from the train station. Outside of the hotel were several restaurants. The owner took care of us in our accommodation and quickly responded to any questions we had.

This place was amazing!!! It's technological advanced, using the your phone to open the doors, blue tooth connection for music in the room, A/C, smart tv's. This bed and breakfast is a must stay. Right next to the train station it's walking distance to anything you need. The owner was an amazing person, and the service was awesome. The rooms where modern and clean. I cant recommend this place enough. When I co.e back to Naples I will stay here again. Also I forgot a shirt in the room and the owner was willing to drive it too me. Simply amazing.

The app to access the building and doors worked really well. Mrs Melina who prepares the breakfast was a lovely host. The manager/owner used WhatsApp to keep in touch and was always available to answer any questions. The location was perfect for our requirements as we used the train to visit areas nearby and there were good restaurants within minutes of the B&B.

The lift was only a problem if someone hadn't closed the lift doors properly.

The room was really modern and clean with plenty of space, it was really comfortable. The location was perfect, reachable from the central intercity and metro stations without having to cross a single street, and ideal for nearby dinner options with restaurants within 20m of the accommodation. The soundproofing is great and there is no disruption from the trains or public. Emanuele went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and allowed us to leave our bags the morning before check-in which was a big help. The breakfast was delicious and Emanuele was very quick to respond to any query, day or night, and was super friendly and generous. I wish we stayed for a longer trip. I hope to return soon. Highly recommended.

Everything 🙂 The apartment is very clean and modern, and the location is perfect for getting to know Naples. From there you can explore Naples on foot or if you really want you can use the metro. The train and metro stations are a two-minute walk from the apartment. I must emphasize that the host was excellent, very professional and helpful. And we really liked the breakfast, delicious Italian sweet pastries and squeezed juice. A perfect start of the day before setting off to explore this beautiful city. If we come back to Naples we will definitely stay here again.

Emanuele was the perfect host! He was so friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless, very elegantly furnished and even though we were right near the station, they were very quiet. The underground station is literally metres away so easy to get around the city and to Pompei. Breakfast was exceptional! Will I come back? Definitely!!

We had such a lovely stay here! The room was beautiful and very clean, breakfast was delicious! Milena took such good care of us and Emanuele checked in ons us frequently. Nothing you ask is to much for them, such lovely people!

great location clean and modern. The host Emmanuele is amazing feels like an old friend letting you stay at his place. He knew we had an early train so he came early to get our breakfast ready.

there was a motion sensor light under the bed. this was a cool idea until it kept turning on if you moved too much.
