we loved everything, we did not want to leave ! Our room was amazing, we had a loft where my son loved to chill out in. the room had a small balcony. it’s so reasonably priced for what we got. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious, there are tea and coffee facilities and access to a balcony/ sitting area. the host was wonderful and such a lovely person, it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the train station. you get breakfast in the bakery a few doors down, coffee and croissant, which was perfect for us. (when u arrive at the address , there is a big wooden (palace) door, you go inside and take the lift )

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this apartment in a matter of a week. We arrived later than expected due to traffic chaos. After Antonio checked us in we asked him if he could book us a taxi for 3.30am the next day as we needed to catch a very early flight. Antonio spent so much time trying to organise a taxi for that very early time. In then end he went above & beyond what we expected him to do to help us out. What a wonderful person he is. I would certainly recommend this property & Antonio is truely a wonderful host. Thank you again Antonio.

The room was nice, spacious enough, clean and tidy. It had a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a closet, a TV and a desk. The bathroom was really nice too, looked pretty new with spacious shower. We got shower gel and hair shampoo too. There was enough toilet paper and clean towels too (for body, hair and face separately). The terrace was a nice addition. There's also a shared kitchen fully equipped. The fridge had cold fresh water every morning, there are teas and coffee to choose from.

The view wasn't much, just a pretty bad inner yard. The second part of the terrace was ruined by the bird poop...

Everything was great ! Albeit when we arrived we could not find the location as its thru an arch into a courtyard with an underwhelming access / entrance

Once in to the accommodation which was a converted large apartment converted to three rooms with a communal outdoor sitting area with comfy seats fridge and coffee making facilities. Rooms are awesome facilities are great ! You will not find a better location to stay ! Ac was great and apt was quiet. Bathrooms modern clean and welcoming !! You wond find better value in Naples !!

Cosy, clean and comfortable room with a mezzanine bed for the kids (although very high up and not perfectly secured so would not recommend for families with toddlers, or else parents sleep upstairs. Our 10 and 6 year olds were fine upstairs.) Just a few steps from Napoli Centrale which is perfect if you came to visit Pompeii like we did. Very nice restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is served at a local cafeteria in the same street.

Nothing really. It was just a bit tricky to find the first time because the entrance is in an inner yard.

The room was great, better than expected, very clean and comfy. The person at the reception, Antonio, was super friendly and happy to help in any occasion! The position was good, easy to reach the center and incredibly close to both train station and metro station

The breakfast is not served in the hotel but at a nearby bar for which you get a voucher. The bar is nice and the food is really good, however, it includes only a coffee/cappuccino and a croissant per person, everything else is extra. It would be nice to have a bit more choice and maybe the possibility to have a fresh orange juice and water included, or smth salty instead.

The apartment was perfect. Maybe it is not huge but really comfortable and very clean. I like the design of this apartment. There is everything that you need during your visit to Naples. The localization is perfect, especially when you travel a lot by train. It is a great idea that you can go to eat breakfast outside in the nice cafe.

The only small minus is difficulty in contacting the object. If you send the e-mail or message you can wait a long for a response. But the host is very nice and helpful.

I arrived on an early flight from Australia & Antonio met me at the property and kindly he checked me in early. The property is close to the Train & Bus stations so very central for arrival & leaving Naples. The room was large & the bathroom small but well appointed. Antonio was a perfect host & was helpful with his advice.

If you do not like constant handholding by staff, this is a place for you. It is basically a big apartement in a large Napolitan style house (with lift). 3 different rooms, fully equipted kitchen and kind of boutiqe hotel feel. Very nice decorations! Bed was large and with good matress, pillows were big. We also liked location, because it was easy to go anywere. And the room was suprisingly quiet, no street noise.

Little bit hard to find with Google maps. NB! The main door is in front of the house, near pharmacy.

I loved the drive way and the look of the Villa . The marble floors and reception area with the lovely tables outside. The breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed my stay.

The cushions were very hard and not so comfy. The bed was ok but I had hoped for a better mattress. The cushion covers were a bit small and the bedding looked like it had seen better days. It should have been replaced but perhaps housekeeping messed up and did not ask their maids to keep an eye on not using linen that is past its best.
