great location, right next to the historic centre. incredible quality of everything in the property, which has beautiful character. it’s a beautiful restored 200 year old house. very tastefully done to a very high standard throughout. The host Vincente was so kind, helpful and charming. He helped with our heavy bags, organised a taxi to the airport and told us where to go to discover the best of the city in our limited time. great recommendations for where to eat too. 100% service

Comfortable, modern, stylish and quiet room in a central location at the edge of the old town. We were slightly worried that it would be noisy in the morning as the room opened onto the main lounge/breakfast area but it's a small place with just a few guests and we had no disturbances. Useful that we could check in a bit earlier than expected when we arrived. Communications were prompt throughout our stay and included restaurant recommendations. Vincenzo also kindly booked us an airport transfer on our last morning since we had an early start.

The balcony in the room didn't have much of a view and breakfast options were a bit limited (mainly bread/pastries). But these are small details: overall, we were very happy to have stayed here and would choose Bellini Suite again next time we're in Naples.

The location was perfect— we were close to everything. Although the breakfast didn't offer a wide variety, the options available were delicious. We had a wonderful experience with the hotel staff, who were incredibly accommodating and attentive. Special thanks to Vincenzo for his exceptional hospitality—he allowed us to check in early and provided detailed recommendations about the city. Additionally, Nini made our stay truly enjoyable with excellent service and hospitality.

I wish our room had more natural light. Unfortunately, the window faced the interior of the hotel.

I loved my stay at Bellini Suite. The owner Vincenzo was so friendly and accommodating, and even took the time to take me through a map of Naples and his suggestions for activities during my stay. He also recommended some amazing restaurants to visit nearby (definitely worth asking!). The room itself had everything I needed for my stay and was very clean. The location was amazing, steps away from Piazza Bellini and very close to all the sights in the historic centre. The included breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Naples!

The only downside was the stairs to access the property, as I had a large suitcase with me - but the stairs were made known to me before making the booking so it would not hinder my decision to stay here.

clean room. , nice living space off your rooms. Hip Decor. bed was comfy memory foam type. loved the shower. The place had a hip vibe. Younger below 40 yrs old would really love it. Felt like a hip NYC apartment. You did need to hold onto keys for entering and leaving but that was ok. No lift so you go up 2 flights of stairs. If you had large bags that could be problematic. Felt safe always. Breakfast offerings were nice. We did see the owner every morning for Breakfast. he is very nice and called us a cab which was great since we don’t speak Italian. I’d stay here again!

fridge didn’t seem to work , never got cold.

The beds & pillows were exceptionally comfortable- and that is probably the most important thing! Next- the people are lovely, friendly and helpful. The location is central and well located, but never expect a quiet road in the centre of Naples! I was working some of the time and the desk space and wifi worked well. The artwork and decor in the shared space was lovely, including g board games for people to use is a bonus.

Warm welcome from the beginning, room was ready a bit earlier which allowed us to accomodate faster. The place is 5min away from vibrant street Tribunali which has many Pizzas, restaurants and bars. The owner greet us at arrival and main attractions were presented on the map. The room is nice and was cleaned even for a 2 nights stay. Metro Museo 3min away. Sweet breakfast and coffee enough to boost the day. The owner prepares the breakfast and is open for conversation, indications or help. The luggage can be left after check-out to be picked-up later.

In the bathroom the top faiance border and ceiling fan to be dusted away, caused by the traffic on the street.

Vincenzo is such a lovely host. As this is a bed and breakfast (no 24/7 reception), he messaged us the day before to check what time we will be checking in so he can meet us. He also gave us good recommendations on what to see, where to go eat, etc. He can also arrange for a day tour and taxi ride. The location is fantastic, only a stroll away from the historic area (Via Tribulani), plenty of food options nearby, and the shopping street (Via Toledo) is also nearby. The room is clean, has air conditioner, bar fridge, hair dryer, a small heater and strong wifi. Breakfast is simple but good. Will definitely return to stay here if we ever visit Naples again in the future. Thanks Vincenzo for your hospitality!

Perfectly located b&b very near the archeological museum, subway and Piazza Bellini. Very comfortable room with a balcony door that blocked all street noise. Vincenzo the proprietor was extremely helpful and kind during our entire six-day stay. And Nini, who oversaw the delicious breakfast, was a joyous presence. Very grateful we chose Bellini Suites for our first visit to this fascinating city.

Breakfast: was really unique and very nicely served. Location: perfect to see the history city center of Neapels by walk, if you are tolerant to loud nights. Hospitality: Vincenzo is a real artist designer, who designed everything at this nice boutique hotel by himself and can give you excellent tips for whatever you must visit and eat in the city and the surrounding areas. Highly recommended!
