The room was clean and very comfortable. We loved the location, nearby streets are lively at night yet there isn't much noise because it's overlooking the inner courtyard. Also, the great thing is that it's near both metro line stations. We also loved the breakfast, served at a cafe across the street. You get to choose a coffee, juice and a freshly baked pastry, which we looked forward to each morning. Another highlight of the stay were very friendly and knowledgeable hosts, which helped us out on multiple occasions. If I ever end up returning to Napoli, I'd definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is perfectly located in the historic quarter of the city. It is easy to find the house where Francesco was waiting for us. He was very kind , we could go to the accommodation much earlier. He showed us around, explained everything and then marked on the map different sights to see during our very short stay - we visited almost all of them :) The accommodation was perfect, it exceeded all our expectations. The lift really works on 50 cents, take a few with you, however sporty people can use the stairs to the 3rd floor. The house is also very elegant, very quiet, completely isolated from the hustle and bustle of the street. Overall, we are maximally satisfied and highly recommend it even for several days accommodation. I will definitely return here with my husband to explore the city more thoroughly, which is breathtakingly beautiful, you can feel the history and have fantastic food, drinks, sweets and explore the various castles, museums, churches which are real artistic treasures.

The place is perfectly located near the museums and historical center, it was very easy to walk to each place. The place was immaculately clean. The best thing is that it includes breakfast at a local cafe. Francesco was very kind to us and we appreciated the attention to every detail. He gave us a map and explained what to visit. Also was very kind to allow us to leave our suitcase and come back for it in the afternoon.

5-star overall! Single room is good value for solo traveler! Location: Location is absolutely amazing and convenient for tourist. Archaeological museum is 5 mins walk. The plaza is 10 mins. Metro/Tubes is 5 mins walk as well. It’s the central’s central location, and I can walk to the restaurant I wanna try! Staff: Staff is v friendly and attentive! English communication with them is no problem. They told me a lot about what to see and even planned the route so I can save time! Room: Spotless clean. Big enough for a solo traveler. They even cleaned the room everyday which wasn’t expected in a B&B! Breakfast: Breakfast was provided in a separate cafe and the Italian lady was v nice! Nice crema and cuppocino! One tip. If you are sleeping until 10:00 AM like I do. Bring a earplugs as the lift in the building can make some noise. Not a problem during the evening but because this building is mostly B&B and people tend to leave v early!

We flew into Naples so stayed for 1 night as we were heading down to the Amalfi Coast the next day. On arrival, we were given water and coffee to check in with which was great as we had a very early start that morning. We arrived early so stored our luggage and the receptionist was very helpful on things to do in the area, sight seeing, restaurants etc. We left for the day and came back late in the evening, and of course the room was ready. It was a nice room, lovely shower, and the room was perfect for our 1 night stay and hardly spending time in the room. The breakfast was across the street and was juice, coffee and 1 pastry for each person, very tasty! Would recommend this hotel

Location was perfect to explore Napoli as you should. The room was located in the Centro Storico which is very busy. Nevertheless it was very quiet at night. The room had airconditioning and it was spacious. Perfect for a young couple as we are.

The rooms are at the fourth floor which means you need to take a lot of stairs. Although there is an elevator available for €0.50 per ride

We appreciated that we could check in a bit earlier, even though the room wasn't ready yet. We liked the welcoming, with useful tips for getting around. We also liked that the apartment was inside a courtyard and we didn't hear the sound of the street. It was close to the city center, we felt safe in the area and we could easily reach the metro. The breakfast was good (italian breakfast), served at a cafe across the street, with very good service.

The cleaning could be improved, there was a lot of dust under the bed, which could have been easily reached and cleaned. There was smell of dust in the air, also probably due to some repair works at the neighboring apartments. This also caused noise in the morning. We would have appreciated having a fridge in the room.

The view from the patio we had was breathtaking and the highlight of our stay. The kitchen was equipt with everything I needed to make some quick and easy meals. The location was right in the middle of everything, so it was easy to get around. Overall, the stay was just wonderful!

Location is great, staff is very nice and helpful. Room is clean, easily accessible and just as described. Also, breakfast place is very nice.

Pillows and towels had some weird odor. I read about it before in the reviews, seems it is still the same. It was not dirty but it smelled funny.

Very clean, modern and brand new apartment. Close to the metro station Museo and everything was super close to the city centre. Air conditioning was there, wifi was super, shower was warm and heating saved us because the water was not so good. Francesco is lovely and very helpful with everything. Breakfast was super good, just across the corner in little nice cafe where you can have a really good coffee, croissant, water and orange juice. Totally recommended! We loved this place.
