If you are lucky to see an availability about this hotel, please read this: 1. Host and cleaner were really accommodating,friendly and very helpful. Giuseppe is there whenever you need him. The check in was smooth and everything were explained well. 2. The hotel ambiance is relaxing with all the things needed were provided from breakfast (Coffee machine was great as you can make cappucino or any type of coffee you want, they also provide juice and amounts of bottled water on your fridge inside the room) the bathroom towels and bed linens were always changed (always, everyday). The room and overall ambiance of the hotel were the best accommodation i have ever been so far in my whole traveling experience. 3. The location of the hotel is positioned where it is walkable from the historic center of Palermo. You could go either left or right of the street and you could just pop in to via maqueda, the famous mercatos and street foods of Palermo. It was also easy to find coming from the Palermo Centrale Station. You could walk your way going to the hotel. 4. The water inside the shower has hot and/or cold. After a long day of walking in Palermo, if you needed to shower, your preferred shower whether its cold or hot or in between is available as soon as you open it. Also, Airconditioning and TV is available in the room. So its really a good feeling to stay and just relax to finish the day. 5. They also allow you to leave your luggages upon early check in or when you check out if needed. 6. Overall my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in Palermo as this hotel really gave us the time and unwind. It was really perfect. It was overwhelming and beyond our expectations.

The only thing I dont like is that this hotel was rated 2 stars. Its sad, because I have been to some 3 or 4 stars but this hotel have provided much more services than a regular 3 star hotel. For my opinion, this should be atleast a 3 stars hotel. Anyway, 2 stars or not this hotel is the best.

The hotel has perfect location, between two very important streets of Palermo - Via Roma e Via Ruggero Settimo (a continuation of Via Maqueda), situated between two Palermitan theatres - Teatro Massimo and Politeama Garibaldi. The hotel is at sixth floor (it has a lift) in a nice elder building. It is not in the historical centre, but it is just two minutes away from it (which I think is even better, to not be in the Historical centre but very near it). There is a common room with a balcony, where you can have your coffee, warm your meal or something else of that sort (I usally worked there since the atmosphere was nice and the WiFi was excellent). The room itself was small but sufficient, it had a TV, AC, fridge (water, coffee milk and some snacks were always provided free of charge), closet and a table. I would like to especially emphasis on the cleanliness of the hotel and the room itslef, and the generosity and hospitability of the owner of the hote - mister Giuseppe. He was always very helpful, with many useful info not just for the facility, but the city as well.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, and the only things I had issues with was the poor WiFi signal in the room and the shower that only had the upper tap, and not the one you can hold in your hand. Also the windows could be either open or closed, there was no option to open them just in the upper part.

Giuseppe gave us a very warm welcome. I can say that he was very organised and attentive. He explained all the rules to us in detail. After check out, he saved us a big burden by allowing us to leave our suitcases there. Thank you also for this. The room was big enough and clean. The location of the hotel was also central. We were very pleased. Just as a recommendation, the bed in room 6, where we stayed, was deformed. Since the friends staying in other rooms do not have this problem, it cannot be a negative opinion, it can only be a recommendation.

Everything about the Aniston Petite Hotel was exceptional. Giuseppe, the Manager, was the most kindest, understanding and helpful person. From directions to getting to the Hotel from the Airport via the bus shuttle, to showing me how things worked in the room. The room itself was impeccably clean and tidy. The free water and snacks were a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the toilet spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

A Fabulous experience. I can't describe how much the owner Giuseppe is extremely friendly and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. He surprised us with a lot of complementary food and drinks in the room. They were sufficient for breakfast although breakfast was not part of the booking. The place also had a lounge room with free coffee and tea. The place ia also attended all day which enabled us to leave our bag after checking out till afternoon. Highly recommend.

It was very well maintained, clean, tidy and comfortable place. Giuseppe, our host was very polite and helpful, giving details for everything. The mini bar was full with cold water, juice and milk for the morning coffee - all included in the price, which was a really good surprise in this hot weather. It is cleaned every day and everything is changed. Complete hotel experience. Location is just perfect. In the center, but quite. In the evening it is completely safe to walk back to it. Walking distance from everywhere you need to go. Groceries nearby.

The rooms were quiet, comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. Our host was welcoming and explained all we needed to know. And we were pretty close to the heart of the city, felt safe even later on in the evening.

If you're a regular traveller to cities in Europe, you'll be familiar with the fact that not all hotels have an obvious front door and a ground floor reception - the Ariston had a clear sign, an intercom button and an elevator to the 6th floor reception. Get past this, and you'll be fine :-)

Perfect location. Easy walk to the port, Palermo Centrale train station and airport bus stop. Also, very close to all the sights and activities in Palermo. Recommend using city buses to go to Mondello for the beach, and to Monreale for the Cathedral. Maybe a day trip via train to Cefalu, if you have the time. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Its location was perfect, the owner's attention to detail was remarkable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were a lovely touch that won us over. It's truly a value-for-money establishment, and we highly recommend it.

Despite worn towels and some noise leakage, these are outweighed by the hotel's positives.

We loved the location, place, cleanliness, free breakfast and coffee. Especially we loved Giuseppe and his lovely attitude, help, love for guests and always smiling :) Amazing place to stay, everything is near it, you can sleep well because it is on the 6th floor, they clean every single day your room and the hotel...we were more than happy to stay here, we will sure come back!
