The hotel manager is very friendly and accomodating! The location is perfect for exploring the city and close to bus stops for trips to Mondello. The view is unbelievable! And the cleaner was lovely and let me enjoy the view on my last day even after I had checked out and she made me a coffee. This place is great for a city break in Palermo!

Their hotel staff was really friendly and nice to chat with. Really helpful and accommodating for my entire stay. Hotel located in the middle of the city close to many attractions and has a beautiful view of the city. Highly recommend this place.

Elevator is sometimes occupied for a long time so you'll need to wait before being able to go up.

Staff don't speak English, elevator is very old n slow like a turtle, n the door to the room need practice on how to close it, it's an old fashion actual key that it's not as easy to locked even when inside, else anyone can get in your room.

Air con in the room was very noisy, very loud noises coming from the pipes between the walls when toilet was flushed or shower used in other rooms, especially at night or in morning when trying to sleep. no 24hr service available

The person who was working in the morning who was waiting for my arrival was very friendly and helpful. He seemed to understand that I did not appriciate this place.

This accommodation says it is a hotel, but it is morelike a hostel, not worth more than 30-40euro per night. Dirty entry, a place on the 10th floor of a building with several "hotels", hostels, and Air BnBs. No reception-service, you are getting keys for the room and the front doors to enter the building. The Photos on booking.com are very nice, but the room I got does not correspond at all of what you see on the photos. The main reason why I booked this place (I don't want to call it Hotel), was because of its location, and the impression that there is a great terrace with a great view. The Terrace is only accessable when there is staff in the hotel, but except for check-in and breakfast, there is never staff around. The Terrace cannot be accessed, and this is a clear miss-information on the description. Regarding the room, it was dirty, full with old and dirty furnishure, and a bathroom in a hospital has more charme than a bathroom at this place. I refused to stay there. I lost money, but I prefer to lose money than accepting a bad stay during my vacation. This place is nice for backpackers, but not tourists looking for a hotel. I went on my own in the neighborhood to find another hotel. I found a 3star hotel for the same price as this place. To request 100 EUR per night for this place is a rip-off.

Nothing. It was on the 10th floor, no signage. No one was in reception, lights off, door locked. it was empty of humans except a room service person.
