The hotel was very centralized to the city center and the port. Walked down the street right to the port entrance. Took the ferry to Ustica for an amazing Dive. The staff very friendly and helpful. Front desk is staffed 24 hours. The checking in and out was very smooth (I had odd times for both, arrival and departure).

I walked from the station to the hotel and it was about +/- 25 minutes so if walking is not your thing, find a ride there. However, it was a straight shot from the station so not bad. The lobby and breakfast area are detached from where the rooms are located. Not far and not an inconvenience it was just different for me.

Location was excellent and the staff were so lovely and friendly! Went above and beyond to help my partner and I find a beach and book a lido :) Breakfast was really big and mostly cakes though there were a few savoury options as well. Was also able to arrange a shuttle to the hotel fro the airport at 11pm which was SUPER helpful

Though it wasn't a killer, our bed was supposed to be a double but they pushed two twin beds together.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the restaurants and sightseeings, easy to reach by bus from the central train station, a small market is just a few minutes far. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful! I stayed in many hotels in my life and I met lof of nice staff but the employees of the Hotel Elite were the best! I loved the good coffee for breakfast (the breakfast, in general, was not bad even though I had better - there were a lot of various bundt cakes and croissants, fruits, yogurts etc. but not a very wide choice of fresh cheese, fresh bread/pastry and vegetables). The children's high chair in the dining room and the possibility to have a hot chocolate were a nice bonus for our daughter! The hotel is definitely good value for money!

The main problem was the thin walls - our bed was next to the wall which had a TV from the other side (from the room next door) and we could hear everything going from the TV and our neighbors talking. However, we heard nothing from the other room next door which was a little farer. The hotel is older which would not be a problem but some facilities were not working properly (bad water drain in the shower).

It was a very good hotel. In the heart of Palermo.Everything was so close. The room was clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very polite and pleasant and helped us with everything.

Unfortunately the room had a bad view and the elevator was very old. Final recommendation in order to help this hotel be perfect is to change the pillows and clean them before putting the pillowcase because there were a lot of hair inside the pillow that were shown at the edge of the pillowcase.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly even for a late arrival at 1:30am. The room was quiet, a good size and clean. The breakfast was just right with good coffee. The location was very central and easy to from the airport bus drop off.

Very clean. Helpful staff. Good Italian breakfast. Spacious room, well decorated. Well located as off the very busy streets.

Lifts a bit slow. Would be nice to have fresh juices in the morning.

5 star service in a 3 star hotel. All facilities were of a high standard and v good breakfast. Hotel organised v reasonable hotel shuttle.

Competent staff, very polite. The hotel is well located, close to tourist attractions. Rooms clean, well equipped, old furniture. Italian breakfast, but sufficient. I recommend the hotel.

We didn't have a wi-fi connection in our room.We were staying at the end of the hall and I guess that was the problem.The girl told us it was gonna get fixed but in 4 day during our stay in never was

The staff was really great and helpfull, the breakfast was good and the location was central and 5 minutes walk to the Massimo Theatre
