This is a very well located, modern airconditioned room with a lift! Just around the corner is all the action of restauarnts and back street views. Our room was on the 7th floor hence the lift is important and most welcome! Room was great and we had a great balcony, very spacious and good views. There were some coffee and tea making facilities in a clean and tidy reception area. Overall room was quiet and private and great to stay especially when outside in the heatwave temperatures were pushing 40. We were extremely grateful to get an extended checkout time to 6pm for a modest fee so we could catch the ferry to Naples in the evening ( highly recommend to explore the ferry lines in Palermo). Also Bio exhibits an ethos of activly considering and raising awareness and doing something about environment and humanity

I loved the location. It was so central but quiet too. Also the general feel as they strive towards excellent sustainability. Alessio at Bio Hotel was the most helpful and so courteous.

The one thing I was not keen on was the terrace. It had an old spa bath (empty) which took up half the space on the terrace. But also a lot of dead plants in pots which made the outdoor space not pleasant to sit out in.

The location is perfect to visit the city center by walking. Despite the receptionist was there only in the morning, the staff was responsive and helpful via whatsapp. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was ok with some small things to be fixed, like the door of the shower was not there, the shelf in the shower was not fixed. Considering also the fact the breakfast was not included, I think the cost was a little overpriced.

Everything - amazing location- I had room 5 which was big and had a large private balcony looking one way to mountains and other to ocean - spotless - Alezio who was on duty in the mornings was so helpful with tips where to go and sending me links on my phone. Was lovely to have the coffee machine and herbal teas. Felt super safe and secure.

Leaving

The hotel was in an excellent location, less than five-minute walk from Teatro Massimo, the historical center and its main axis Via Maqueda, very close to public transportation (Politeama with transfer to the airport) as well as the elegant via della Liberta' with the most elegant stores. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I was traveling to Palermo for an architectural research project, on a tight budget and schedule. The hotel staff provided valuable information which I was not able to find online.

There was nothing I did not like.

The room was very clean, the location was great and very close to Palermo Centro. The apartment was very peaceful and quiet even though it was close to the center. The check-in was extremely easy and was all done before we actually arrived.

Location was amazing and the virtual reception desk was very helpful and replied instantly

The property itself could use some modernizations - the walls are dirty, floors very used and in a bad shape etc

Great location for exploring Palermo

It could be a little noisy. I think it’s more to so with the building rather than the hotel itself.

Nice and central near to the theatre etc. Other reviews complained about it being serviced apartments instead of a full hotel but it is perfectly adequate if you know what to expect beforehand

Very comfortable place, good location/value-for-money, with a flexible check-in. Alessio surpassed expectations, very supportive and always available to help us with last-minute queries.
