The property was excellent. The check in process is easy and the sent clear and concise instructions; including pictures. The room was large and was filled with great touches. the bed is firm. The shower is small, but we found the water pressure good and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was wonderful and had extras, like little local touches. The location couldn’t have been better. your always a very short walk to great historical sites, eateries and walking streets. This staff is so helpful and always ready to answer any questions. we spent 6 nights and loved every minute.

Our room was clean, inviting, and comfortable, with an electric water pot for making tea and coffee in the room any time. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a fair amount of street noise (to be expected, and we didn't mind it), but with the doors closed, the noise was considerably less, and the A/C keptvthe room comfortable. It was very easy walking dustance to streets full of eateries and small shops. Not a problem for us, but be aware - the B&B Is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked many things and in particular my room. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and specious. The bed was big and comfortable, I slept so well. I also liked the breakfast room which was also very clean and comfortable. The attention was first class. Federica and all the people were very friendly. They pay attention to detail and make sure the host is happy. I would love to go back and have already recommend Stupor Mundi to friends and family.

The only thing I missed was something savory at breakfast, which seems to be mostly sweet in Palermo, but I guess this is cultural. However, I enjoyed the lovely fresh fruit, which I also normally have but would have loved something savoury as well, like a boiled egg. But again, this is cultural, nothing to do with the quality of the food which was good.

Perfect location, at the end of the main street. Breakfast was super, typical italian (croissant, fruit, lemon jam,honey, espresso/cappucino, juice), but also served us with cassatas, Sicilian biscuits and honey and alond milk. The staff were very kind. They try to explain us what should to visit, where to should go. We have in our room a little balcony with street view, but didn't have noisy from the street, but we were have also in the room ear plugs, in the case of noise, but we didn't use it. We can leave in the b&b the luggages after check-out. The b&b have a common mini fridge, in it have bottled water, which we can take.

Sometimes I have problem with internet connection, but after few times log out and log in the problem was solved

After a few days walking in Palermo, I believe that this location is really one of the best, if not the best. Very close to all sightseeing spots, with several restaurants and shops at hand, in a very quiet and safe area. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic and the owners very kind.

The location is excellent - the old town, cobbled streets full of Al fresco restaurants. Loved the little balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was excellent and Frederica and Rita were lovely and helpful.

The bathroom is tiny with nowhere to store things. The shower recess was very small, you could literally not bend down. The water was hot and plentiful though.

The communication with the BB was great and we did the check in quite fast. Staff (Frederica) was extra attentive and polite. Facilities were of good quality and clean. Breakfast was very good as well.

Noisy rooms but the BB provided ear plugs which gets extra points

The location is the best, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and it was very comfortable. If we could come back to Palermo, we would come here next time.

The location and the room itself are really nice.

A bunch of our drinks disappeared from the fridge during our stay which was a little disappointing. And we found something that looked like black mold on shower walls.

Clean with great presentation including book shelf and desk and chair. Nice little balcony and location in old town handy to sites. Breakfast was very good.
