First and foremost excellent staff, always going above and beyond to make the stay very enjoyable. Credit to Annalisa for organising transfers and trips for us, and to Roberta as well for takung good care of us. Excellent location and amenities. Delicious coffee and breakfasts!!! Everything was perfect and we just felt like at home. Loved the location, as it was a short walk to literally everywhere. If you’re looking for a great place to stay then look no further, Arche Design is all you need!!!

A fabulous and chic place. Our room was smallish but perfectly designed with atmospheric and considered lighting, gorgeous bed & linen and a great shower. Thoughtful touches … home made biscuits, chilled mineral water etc. Everywhere smells wonderful too, lovely scented diffusers. The breakfast is fantastic. Mrs Cetta’s Sicilian apple tart was absolutely delicious! The friendliness and exceptional welcome and information we received from Annalisa was brilliant

Everything was 💯 perfect

The room was great, comfy and compact with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfy and there was a good amount of room for my luggage and myself. The location is also very very good, you are less than 10minutes away from the theatre and from there the path to old town is very simple. The area was quiet and felt safe, especially for someone travelling alone. The apartment itself also felt extra safe and the check in with code is so easy. Finally the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, they made the trip very easy from start to end. I would absolutely recommend

The Arche Design is superb!! Very well located, staff super kind and helpful, easy to communicate, very clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower. And more, the breakfast is super good! Fresh, good quality, nice variety!

There is no parking but in Palermo there is no parking at all in the properties. But there are a lot of options nearby and free.

The location is near the tourist sites. With bus line 101 we could easily reach the location from the central station. We had a fantastic stay in the room. The room was spacious and luxuriously furnished. Be careful in the bathroom, the floor was very slippery. At breakfast, the staff were very helpful in facilitating in-room breakfasts.

Unfortunately, we did not receive a suitable answer to our question in advance how we could reach the location by public transport. The host sent a message via Whatsapp 4 hours before the room check-in time with instructions. There was never a response to a question in return via Whatsapp. So communication could have been better.

Modern and clean finish in room and communal areas. A really good location for exploring the City. Lots of local food and bar options and close to Old Town. Really friendly hosts offering a great breakfast each morning (fresh fruit, breads, ham, cheeses, yogurts, eggs, ommelettes, pastries etc).

Beware of the 806 bus coming back from Mondello, didnt seem very regular when lots of people want to travel back into the City

Fresh, clean, bright spacious rooms. Wonderful service - we felt like family. Lovely simple and delicious breakfast, incredibly accomodating with our 14 month old little girl. Super comfortable bed and very thoughtfully design rooms.

Nothing, one of the best B&B experiences I've ever had in Italy. There is nothing bad about this property, we loved our stay.

The room was very clean and well equipped. It had an espresso machine with courtesy espressos as well as some welcoming sweets. The bed, bathroom etc. were all very clean. The room itself was very comfortable. Other than that, the location was good and the staff were great. I would recommend this place 100%.

Amazing room, spa was a great upgrade option and we loved being able to relax in there. Annalisa was so helpful during our stay. Rooms were so well decorated and bed amazingly comfortable.

All was perfect - I know they are installing a lift now, but the stairs to top floor room may be a problem for anyone with mobility issues

Annalisa was so warm and welcoming. There were many modern touches to the room including a coffee machine, tv and air con. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious and bright. Would love to stay there again sometime.
