The room with the sea view is excellent with a very decent and comfortable room. The breakfast provided is superb which can save you a lot of money. The host is super nice lady who let me leave the luggage after my overnight ferry from Naples before the check in time and brought me a glass of water and tried her best to explain me everything by using google translate:) I feel very comfortable and safe in living there. I definitely will choose to live there again if I back to Palermo.

It is a bit difficult to get in the building to do the check in. I tried to make the phone call but no one answered. Fortunately, someone opened the door and I can get into the building and went to 5/F floor. Once I meet tue host, everything was perfect.

I was travelling solo and the location of B&B was great, close to the city centre and I felt safe. I like the apartment design, the room was clean and well-equipped, bed was comfortable 🥰 There’s one of the main streets nearby but I didn’t mind the noise, the view from the balcony at the harbour, sea and mountains is stunning! I was greet by host Andri who is very friendly and speaks English. I got many recommendations and tips, thank you ❤️ I liked tasty breakfasts and coffee 🥰 living room has a great design! I had a great stay at this b&b, will definitely be back!

The breakfast was lovely, I enjoyed the variety of options. The room was spacious and had a lovely view. The hotel overall had a modern feel and was well designed with stylish decor. Finally excellent water pressure in the shower

The check in process was a little bit annoying as the host was 15 minutes late to letting me into the property despite me informing him of my specific arrival time but he was very apologetic and the rest of my stay was very pleasant.

The location is close to several excellent restaurants and coffee cafes by the B & B. An easy 15 minute walk to the old town. The room offered a view of the port. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend staying there.

Weekly breakfast; bathroom & room size; flexibility of staff (I had no cash to pay the local tax at check out and the owner kindly decided to waive the charge saying I could pay on my next stay. Being used to London, I admit I didn't think of keeping some cash with me and I really appreciated the kind gesture).

I would just advise to make the weekend breakfast a bit richer with fresher food so all guests can enjoy the same variety of options in the absence of the regular service provided on weekdays. I was a little sad to see that a guest who had breakfast before me on the Saturday seemed to have eaten most of the fresher foods.

I had great experience staying at this B&B! Amazing price to quality ratio! The room was not too big, but very cozy, with all the necessities including air conditioner, tv, mini fridge and kettle. I also had a private bathroom, separately from the room. Both room and bathroom were VERY clean! The B&B itself has only a few rooms for the guests and a very big living room with the great view on the harbour, as it’s located on the 5th floor. The host was very friendly and communicated with me fast, in order to arrange the check-in. As the location of the place is next to the harbour is very quite in the neighbourhood, not very touristic, and only 10-15 minutes away from the city center by walk.

The only difficulty I had - was getting transport in that area, as the buses in Italy are never on time, so plan double an amount of time when you need to go from there anywhere by bus, or order a taxi.

Certainly place with a style and lots of small things that creates the atmosphere. All the necessary (and nice!) toiletries in the bathroom. Rooms was big enough, bed was comfy, there was a terrace overlooking port life that was especially magnificent during the night. Exquisitely served breakfast - a pity that I had to run to my airport bus and couldn't try of everything. Easy getting in and out of the building, nice location, there is a square next to it and also a pedestrian zone with lots of bars and cafes.

I enjoyed staying at this Casa :) my room and it's bathroom were very clean, air conditioning worked fast and reliably, breakfasts were very tasty. Good loocation as well, easy to get to the main spots. Last but not least, the nice people who run Questa Casa were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly people, thanks a lot for the stay. Loved it all, however if you are a light sleeper beware the rooms are close to the streets (although on the 5th floor) and you will have noise mostly in the morning. Not a problem for me, great stay thanks!

Comfy bed, big bathroom with hot water/good pressure. Great AC. Nice ocean view. Cleaning lady did a great job every day. Quite place as well. Nice restaurants and Gelato stand near by.
