I had a stay at this hotel, and it's incredibly conveniently located—everything is within walking distance. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast is both delicious and satisfying. The room was spotless, equipped with an abundance of towels, and even had a bidet.

However, my room had a small window near the ceiling that I didn't quite like. The street noise made it somewhat noisy at night, affecting my sleep quality.

It was a very comfortable hotel. The rooms were not the most luxurious, BUT everything in the room was great…… large comfortable bed, big fridge, kettle, safe, lots of towels, good shower,nice toiletries, balcony, and very soundproof. Location was good, right by the bus stop. Airport bus stop was just 5 mins away. The main shops were in the next block and the old town was accessible by bus or a 15 minute stroll. Breakfast was very nice with ample choice and plenty of pastries/cakes. A few eateries and bars were close by. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

Clean, large room and bathroom with toiletries topped up regularly. All public areas spotless. Staff helpful and polite. A very good buffet breakfast with good service for coffee, etc. A convenient, central location near a big range of restaurants/cafés, and access to the harbour where ships can be viewed, and to buses and shops

It's a noisy, central area and if your room is on a lower floor you can expect to hear noise from the streets. We had a room on floor 1 with access to 2 small balconies but couldn't have the doors open for long because of the traffic fumes

I liked the location ! It was easy to access the rest of the city from the hotel! It was a comfortable resting stop. The balcony was quaint and the rest of the space was comfortable enough for myself and family. Loved the pillows and the temp of the room was good. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of variety for sure

Even though the breakfast was grand in looks the food served was stale and perhaps even going bad . The veggies in tomato sauce was going sour, I didn’t have the heart to say anything because it might have been looked at as rudeness. Also the shower head is positioned weird, it shoots water out through the doors

The staff was incredible! The hotel is small but well run. We had a problem with our room when we arrived and the staff was able to rectify the situation by moving us into a suite! They were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. We wanted to go to restaurants that were not just for tourists and that avoided the cruise ship crowd and they provided us with some great recommendations. In fact, they were the best meals we had in Palermo! We had breakfast included in our stay, which I highly recommend. It allowed for a nice transition into the day with hearty food and good service.

I don’t have any real negatives about the hotel. It is a nice but standard small European hotel. It’s not going to have all the bells and whistles of the larger American chains but you don’t pay for that here. The price is very reasonable!

Hotel is spotless, rooms very nice, maid service every day. In a good location with main centre about 15 min walk Breakfast was well catered for, especially the freshly made coffee Staff were very attentive and friendly with nothing too much bother

Advertised as having a bar 24/7 but there isn’t a bar Breakfast area could be bigger, a bit tight in the mornings But these are minor gripes against a very nice hotel

Good location on Via Roma, reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was big, with good fittings and the best pillows I've ever used! WiFi is good & TV has usual Italian channels and Sky Sports including F1. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful. To get to hotel from station, the buses 101, 102 & 124 and tickets cost €1.70 single journey. The Belmonte stop is right beside the hotel.

Some tlc needed with shutters and recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel was easy to get to being on a main road and it was about a 20 minute walk from the train station. I stayed here on two occasions within the same week in two different rooms. The first stay for two nights was in a standard double room and was comfortable, while the second stay was in a suite, which was very large and very comfortable. It had coffee making facilities. This would be perfect for a longer stay! The breakfast area was small, but it did have an upstairs area and a few table off the main area. The choice of food was amazing and catered for all. The staff on the desk were very helpful, and pointed out sites on the city map and gave recommendations for places to eat and buses to take. I have already booked a return visit!

There was a bit of a smell in the standard double room I stayed in. Wifi was not always reliable.

— The windows couldn’t fully close. This results in the room being very noisy even at nights. Also on our very first day it poured all night and rain was coming through the windows into the room, dripping down the walls and into our luggage. Very annoying — Breakfast was a bit disappointing and ill-organised — The place feels a bit outdated and cold tiling in the room is not the best choice in our opinion

Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Mini fridge. Good air conditioning. Location to restaurants good. 25 minute walk to cathedral. Nearby parking was very easy.

Pillows were to bulky and hard. They did offer us softer pillows upon request. Shower was horrible corner capsule which was very small. Couldn’t wash hair without hitting the sides or the tap. Shower entry was very narrow. Not enough power outlets. Everyone travels with phones, tablets, ear buds and maybe a laptop.
