The place was perfect for me.. it’s location is good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I love the local Art work. The rooms are each unique and big. It like being in a small studio but no kitchen. I had the Alice Room.. loved it. I have enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was lovely and also typical Sicily style. Which was nice for a change than eggs and bacon. This place is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. If I come back would definitely Rebook.

Maybe some ice cubes in the fridge would be good & glasses in the room but nothing else. Everything was good .

The concept of the property is amazing: each room is designed and decorated by an artitst, which makes each room unique! The location is excellent, very close to Palermo's main attractions. The personnel was simply perfect: lots of advice about the city, great explanation about the property, everyone was extremely kind, attentive and professional!

Minor minus, very personal: I found the pillows a bit unconfortable.

I wanted to book a room for two, but instead booked a twin room for one person by mistake. Arriving early in the morning, not only did the owner of the property Danilo helped me sort it out, but also he invited us to breakfast, and gave us a detailed introduction to Palermo and Sicily in general. The location of the hostel is convenient, especially if you arrive by a boat or ferry. Otherwise, the train station is in walking distance, and the airport is also easy to get to. The hotel and rooms are painted by local artists in a unique style. In general, it was a very pleasant stay.

I am a very frequent traveler and slept in many hotels around the world, but this hotel gave me the best and warmest welcome ever. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. Gave us early check in and explained the most important attractions that needs to be visited in Palermo. The room was super modern and clean. Breakfast was very nice with typical Sicilian food. The location is central and near everything. Anyone that is traveling soon to this destination I would say to book this hotel!

the location was great. the staff were very kind and welcoming. the rooms were clean and simple and nice. they held our backpacks after check out for us which was great. breakfast was typical sicilian and of course yummy :)

the only issue really was that the doors and windows are thin so it got noisy early morning and when other guests were in hallway. but they had provided noise blocker earplugs that you could use.

Everything! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. danielo and his wife are just wonderful people and really take the time to make sure you’re comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and always walks around with a smile. you just feel that their goal is that you enjoy yourself and are comfortable. I would not hesitate for a second to stay here. this is coming from a person who used to only stay in five star hotels. absolutely fabulous.

sometimes the Wi-Fi would get a little spotty but who’s there for Wi-Fi anyway. It got the job done.

This accommodation is in a great location, close to restaurants and in a safe area, within walking distance of the historic centre. The room was very clean and comfortable I asked for a room at the back to avoid noise from the street which I was given. The instructions to get access were clear. I ordered the breakfast which included a lovely selection of local speciality food each day. The owners were around at breakfast time and very friendly.

The breakfast is outstanding value! Each day was a different selection of local specialties, with explanations from the staff. Particularly enjoyable was the hot ginger tea, the pastry called "lobster tail" and the very fresh bread. Everything was delicious and far more than I expected for the very reasonable charge.

Not within the control of the property, but the bar directly across the street from my room was very noisy late into the night. I don't mind city noise in general, but this was a bit much on the first evening of my stay—I think there was a football match or something similarly exciting on the TV there...

Safe and clean place to stay. The art in this hotel is so fun and unique. My kids loved it. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful (even called a parking garage company to park our car for us at a reasonable cost). Breakfast was great too! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

The location was great. it’s close to the port, great restaurants and shopping areas. the hosts were really inviting and friendly. we loved our stay. The art in each of the rooms added a special touch too.

there wasn’t really anything to fault. the rooms are great value for money. the bathroom in one of the standard rooms we booked was a bit small but was perfectly adequate for our short stay
