Location, breakfast, bed and welcome staff

I think you should allow people staying in the hotel to enjoy the best rooftop side without having to pay food. Food was expensive and just not good.

Rooftop area open for breakfast and dinner/evening drinks - great views of the surrounding area. Make sure you request a courtyard room if you want a quiet night. The front rooms on Via Vittorio Emanuele are very lively until late at night. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Car parking - the main partner carpark was full when we arrived and we had poor communication from reception about the alternative carpark - you have to approach from a specific route or else your car won't fit through the narrow alleyways! On the day we left we had to chase up for our car several times and caused a half hour delay to our departure.

Smack in the middle of Palermo - literally on the street from where you start your visit of Palermo. i stayed one night before leaving to the airport - had a few hours that i spent walking the streets around the hotel, visiting some of Palermo's most treasured sites. clean modern hotel. i booked a single room - and it was bigger than i thought it would be, comfortable bed, strong air condition, great shower, a good size fridge.

You are in the middle of the center :) - so there is some noise from the outside - a jazz bar i believe (great music BTW) that you can hear from the room. however, the soundproof windows do the trick and i fell asleep immediately.

The breakfast was excellent, newly baked pastries every morning and great coffee. The beds were very comfy and had great covers. The rooms were quite large and had efficient curtains for making it dark at night. The wifi worked really well. And finally, the rooftop terrace really was a great add to everything. We enjoyed it both for having breakfast and later during the day for relaxing in the sun.

The juice at the breakfast was quite poor, it had a significant taste of chlorine. There were some disturbing noises at night, the rooms weren't very soundproof. It would be great to be able to buy some drinks on the rooftop during the days.

Location - Excellent. Most of what you need l to see/do will be within a certain walking distance. Yes you’ll need to walk for about 10-15 mins but you’ve got Bars/Cafes/Restaurants littering the area so you’ll be able to rest/recharge. Staff- All the members of staff, from the reception crew, to the Breakfast team, and the Evening Bar team, were all helpful and friendly. Always willing to help. Food- Breakfast was really good and value for money. There were loads to choose from. We are grateful for having some Gluten Free options. Room - Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t have a room with a view which was okay in a sense as it was less noisy which suited us. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Save your taxi fare and book central.

Elevator - Problematic at times. From ground floor heading up it was fine, but from our floor (2nd) heading down, it didn’t arrive or inform us where it was or if it even registered we’d called for it. We used the stairs heading down most of the time, but with a knee injury, wasn’t the easiest. Bedside light- It packs the power of the sun, so if you’re sleepy, but you want a “little” light, do not use the bedside lights. They are bright. 😊 Dust - Room was clean, but if you “accidentally” look under the wardrobe or bed, you’ll notice a collection of ancient dust. Just incase you had dust allergies.

The hotel is ideally situated at the intersection of the Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Maqueda, near the Quattro Qanti. It is an ideal location to discover Palermo, although it’s a little crowded and the restaurants and other stores in immediate surroundings are super touristy, and not such a good value. The hotel is very modern, clean and stylish. Excellent breakfast in a lovely terrace.

My room was on the back street, which was not even 2 m wide but since the AC was on it wasn’t a problem.

Excellent location for exploring the city and convenient to transportation. Great air conditioning, comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Everything was super clean.

I had a room with no natural light at all, and I was under the impression from the booking that guests had access to the hotel rooftop terrace, but unfortunately, it belongs to a restaurant unconnected to the hotel. Not knowing this, I didn’t have a reservation, as was disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the evening views and breeze (after a very hot day I had bought a beer with the anticipation of relaxing on the roof)

This “modern hotel” was in the heart of Palermo’s historic center. Just steps from the famous Quattro Conti intersection!! We spent 4 days here and this B& B was so convenient. The roof top has fabulous views. our room had a beautiful view of the Fountain of Shame. We were able to walk to all sites in Palermo. The bed very comfortable and bath modern. Very nice multilingual staff in lobby at all times.

The shower though modern kept pulsating from cold to very hot and back again not consistent water temp was uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice and in a roof top setting with great service but we found redundant after 4 days.

Hotel is in the middle of historical center. From that place is close to each part of the city and places that are worth to visit. If you want to go to Mondello (beach) it is also easy to catch the bus. Very helpful staff in hotel. Points for B&B.

I would suggest to improve breakfast. As I understand it is a different company that is providing this service. It is not bad but can be better if we compare it with hotel service.

We enjoyed our stay in Palermo a lot. The hotel is located extremely central with easy walkable distance to all highlights in town. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they were also fine with us borrowing a umbrella. We also received a welcome drink from the hotel. The rooftop also had an amazing view and the breakfast had a large selection of options. Our room was very spacious and full-filled all our criteria.

The air-conditioning was not built-in, so it was a bit noisy. Since it is a hotel room, it lacks a bit of cosiness. Since it is so central, the nearby café’s music might get a bit loud. The hotel is quite big, but there are only few small elevators.
