The hotel was located in the city historical center on side street from the main street - Via Maqueda.- Lots of bars and restaurants in the proximity so you are close to the action. Great location, also connected with other streets and objectives so in a 2.5 km or 2 miles radius of the hotel you have the main attractions to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful, present at the reception. The room that we got was clean and big, enough to go around for 2 persons. Decent continental breakfast, enough to start you in the morning. Good coffee. Overall good price/quality rapport.

The shower cabin was a bit to small for me( 1.85 m height, 85 kg) but the shower head had good pressure. The AC didnt work but was ok, the weather was not that hot to require AC.

Location excellent, staff excellent. We arrived by airport bus, went until the end station. Maybe upon arrival it is worth to check previous stops, can be closer to the hotel. For departure buy your ticket in advance for the airport bus you want to travel to the airport, can happen you won’t get ticket due to fully booked status, and better to go to the starting station, easier to get on the bus, and the ticket office is also close.

rainstains on ceiling shower cabin was moldy the bed had an extra iron frame, my and my husband we hit tibia on and on:) and mosquitos.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all questions asked. Check in and check out was super easy with no hassle or confusion. The buliding is in the historic district thus is a little dated but that is part of the charm. The room was decent sized and comfortable for the two of us.

The breakfast was there but was a little small but good enough for us to get something in our stomachs to start the day. The only negative was the breakfast always seemed to be picked over no matter what time we went so we were left with what seemed like the scraps of other guests.

Location, location and location! The hotel is mere minutes away from the Cathedral and the Via Romana so it makes for a great base of operations. Bed was decent and air conditioning functional most of the time. There is a breakfast downstairs from 7:30 onwards, fairly standard but edible. Nice staff who are willing to hold on to your keys while you are roaming the streets of Palermo. Hassle-free check-in and check-out.

Lack of soap in the bathroom and a funky shower (it takes a while for water to come out). Overall though it is a very good money for value, and exceptional location.

it is exactly in the center of an old town. every attraction within walk distance. literally 15=30 min walk. lots of shops , bars and restaurants. breakfast cuts to individual needs. 10 min walk from bus stop to airport. for two nights stay and all day of exploring perfect place. staff very helpful.

Small hotel on a side street close to the main beat (Via Maqueda) and within a short walking distance of both the bus to the airport and the main train station. Nice varied breakfast and if you like italian cornettos (no, not the ice-cream) they have them in many varieties. Get advice from the hotel staff on nearby restaurants used by locals where both the food and prices are better.

The building is quite old and, not surprizingly, the pipework can be noisy. So do your neighbours a favour and avoid flishing late at night and early morning.

Great location in central Palermo and excellent value for money. Pleasant, helpful, polite staff. Decent enough breakfast. Guests able to leave luggage if arriving before check in.

Breakfast needs improvement. Some fruit would be wonderful given all of Sicily's amazing sunshine and plants. Too much sweet things at breakfast (almost like eating dessert). The breakfast items also never change.

Great quality-price ratio. The entire staff were very friendly and accommodating. Daily room cleaning, linens and towels changed every other day. Top location right in the historical centre, just steps away from Quattro Canti and Piazza Pretoria. Good breakfast buffet, good coffee.

The bathroom is a bit dated and would need a make over but this is definitely not a deterrent when choosing this hotel.

This hotel has the distinct advantage of being right bang in the centre of the old city - within walking distance of everything you are likely to want to see - while still being on a small side-street and therefore very quiet. Hotel staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast has a good mixture of food - make sure to ask for the freshly brewed cafe or cappucino rather than taking what is already laid out.

Given the number of people congregating there, the nearby Via Maqueda seems to the the lifeblood of the city. However, unless you are - or have aspirations to be - part of the twenty-something Aperol set, you would be well advised to spend your evenings elsewhere. Fortunately the side-streets are full of restaurants where you will eat both better and more cheaply - the hotel staff will be happy to advise you, as they did me.
