We highly recommend this apartment. so well located in the centre of Palermo, just 5 to 30 minutes from all main monuments, restaurants, etc. Perfect. The communication was great right from the start with Valerio. Easy explanations were given to enter the flat and self-check. Large space with open kitchen, large living area, and great bathroom. The mezzanine bedroom was spacious with a super comfortable bed and plenty of cupboards. Perfect WIFI

1. There is no explanation on how to heat the apartment. April was fresh this year, and those thick walls were cold. 2. The apartment is not very luminous and had to put light on during the day. 3. Noisy neighbours with kids. This flat was separated by a door blocked by a piece of wood, which needed to be thicker to block the sounds of a screaming child from next door. 4. If I wanted to cook, it would have been difficult with an electrical supply not working and no oven. A need to check or update appliances. 5. As a flat often rented by tourists, it would have been great to be welcome by a map of Palermo, recommendations for restaurants, and, importantly, for local food stores etc.

The staff were amazingly helpful with instructions, booking us a cab, sorting the city tax etc. They replied very quickly to questions and were very polite. Nothing was too much trouble. It was some of the best customer service we've ever experienced on a trip and we would come here again for sure. The location was fantastic! The space was clean and tastefully furnished. There were lots of towels and the kitchen area well stocked with mugs, coffee machine etc.

These are tiny things that could be improved for next time. An extra pillow each would have been good, as we only had one each. Also, as it was April, the apartment was cold at points as its windows were facing an internal courtyard. We were in the Anjelica apartment. A couple of rugs on the floor would have taken the chill out a bit. It would have been lovely and cool in summer though, so this is worth bearing in mind for a summer stay.

the location was perfect... close enough to walk to restaurants, sights and train station. the size was perfect for the few days we stayed. Only a few things could have made it better...a water kettle, a coffee machine and also to not have left over dirty towels in the closet. (there were clean towels too). Communication was prompt and all my questions and concerns were answered.

Location was awesome so close to the shops and food. Easy walking distance to places you might want to see or visit. We really liked that the host communicated how to find and access the home prior to check in with easy instructions. Place was clean a and spacious for the three of us. We really enjoyed our stay! We would recommend booking if you are stopping in this city.

Initially we were notified the day before that we needed to bank transfer the city tourist tax which would have been a hassle for us as we don’t have an Italian bank account. We spoke with Alfio and he told us to leave cash to pay for the city tourist tax which was so much easier!

The location is absolutely prefect, in the city center, with all the main sights near. When you come to Palermo in the summer and the temperatures are high it’s great to be close to all the main sights. The apartment is very clean, pretty and with enough towels for the entire stay. The host, Alfio, is also very nice and helpful, it was very easy to comunicate with him, he was always available if we had any questions or problems. This place is a great value for money and I would definetly reccomend it to anyone.

In the morning sometimes it got noisy in the room that has a balcony overlooking the street, but it wasn’t a big problem because we would get up early anyway and go explore the city. It was silent at night and we slept well.

the location is top. close to main sights and lively area in city. and also close to the main train & bus station which is perfect if you plan to travel by public. the apartment and interior is very clean. I’m very picky on that. only the drinking glasses were not that clean. maybe not used for a long time. with some water you can make them clean on your own ;) the operators are very helpful - regarding anything you need. whenever I needed new towels or anything else, I had it the next morning in from of my door (I informed the night before).

the bathroom and shower is small but did not bother me since I’m also not a very big person

The apartment was great and really quite big! Location was perfect walking distance to bars and restaurants, close to the train station for day trips and getting to/from Palermo. There was a jazz bar right downstairs and the apartment was nicely soundproofed that it didn’t impact me at night at all. Great for a good nights rest. The bed was also 10/10. Alfio was really good at communicating and checking in throughout my stay. Very accomodating. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The apartment was adjoined to another via a mutual locked door (so they can be booked together). Was a little noisy at times due to some rowdier guests staying next door but nothing major. Much quieter after they checked out.

great location (old city/market) and easy check-in and access from airport (600m from Via Roma bus stop every 30min). very reactive staff to answer all our questions and solve pbs. perfect flat size for the 3 of us. comfy beds and modern bathroom

very basic equipment for the kitchen (stove/fridge/sink/cutlery for meal/pan&casseroles). it is good if you eat take away food but not if you want to cook (no salt/pepper/oil/sugar). WiFi so-so. tourist tax should be paid with the booking payment to avoid later bank transfer.

The location was superb! The place had been converted from a beautiful old home so it had 20 foot ceilings with gorgeous paintings on the ceiling. Has a nice small kitchen with a coffee maker and coffee. A patio with table and chairs too! As an extra thoughtful bonus the lobby had luggage lockers that were available for free!!!! After check out We kept our stuff there while we toured the city 😁

The apartment was very nice, easthetic view from a huge balkony door. The location was great, walkable distanse to Central Station and the old town. The host was very cooperative and helpful.

The were no ventilation at the bathroom, which caused some problems. The towels were weird,they left white dust all over over bodies.
