The staff were wonderful and really made us feel welcome. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. The location really is in the heart of the old town and we could walk everywhere. The breakfast was lovely and we especially enjoyed the fresh Sicilian orange juice!

We made the mistake of taking a taxi from the airport. The driver refused to drive us to the hotel entrance - which is located in the bustling old town - and dropped us 400 metres away. I would recommend asking the hotel for a transfer. They organised one for us back to the airport and it was far nicer and 10 euros cheaper than our Palermo taxi experience!

We loved everything about Palazzo Natoli. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from excellent restaurant recommendations to helpful tips for exploring the city and surrounds. The room was lovely, large, clean and comfortable and the hotel is in the perfect position for exploring the old city centre. The breakfast was incredible! Delicious pastries, fruit, fresh juice and coffee. The pistachio cream and brioche were particularly delightful. We’d absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel and would stay again.

Wonderful location right in the heart of Palermo. Nice, large well decorated room with 2 large windows out onto the street. Helpful and cheerful staff.

Unless you like Indiana Jones style adventure, take their advice and don’t try and drive a rental car to the hotel! Especially not a big car.. We managed in the end but it was really tricky. Also when they send you a questionnaire for breakfast a few days before, make sure you book a time - we didn’t and had to eat in our room (or would have been very early / late).

We found Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel to be a wonderful choice in the heart of Palermo. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful throughout our 3 night stay (a special thank you to Alicia). The hotel is located in the heart of Palermo, a few hundred feet away from the Palermo Cathedral and within the pedestrian zone, offering easy access to other sites and wonderful restaurants. Our room (#8) was spacious and featured balconies with wonderful street views. The entire hotel was clean and spotless... and breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. We highly recommend Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel if you're considering a stay in Palermo.

Everything was perfect

The property was so beautiful and extremely clean! it gave a true Sicilian feel. The location was very central and walking distance from all the delicious food and cultural attractions. The staff were all so sweet, kind and caring. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us the best recommendations. They made the stay in Palermo even better than it already was. The complementary breakfast was delicious and you got to pick from a very big menu. Literally no complains, if I come back to Palermo I’m staying here again. Overall felt like you were staying in a 5 star boutique hotel.

I stayed in 9 hotels, over 14 days, crossing Sicilia from the east to the west coast, and this by far was the best property. First of all the staff at the front desk are beyond Superior. They are genuinely friendly and welcoming, gracious and considerate. all of them speak English as well as a few other languages. They are proactive in helping with possible locations and itineraries for the city. The breakfast is personalized and top-notch. Alicia at the front desk is spectacular with her customer service and help

Wonderful stay at Palazzo Natoli. The location is central and the facilities are impeccably clean and charming. Most admirable are the staff - friendly, professional and very helpful. They were excellent with arranging private transfers, making reservations and recommendations for my stay in Palermo. The breakfast was generous and delicious. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family!

Nothing I did not like but would warn those who have trouble with stairs as the building is historic and does not have elevators.

What a simple delight. From being able to check-in early, to a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday, Andrea was simply the most helpful member of staff I think I have ever come across - this level of customer service is hard to find elsewhere. The hotel was quiet, air conditioned and the beds comfy. It is in the heart of Palermo with restaurants exceptionally close by. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from the train station that goes direct to the airport and the train takes about 50 mins for €6.50. I can only apologise to Andrea for the price of an Aperol Spritz in the UK, we’ll certainly never match €3!

The only thing I’d change, which is personal preference, is the breakfast pre-order and move it to the night before, as I couldn’t remember what I had ordered from weeks ago on the Google form!

Great service from reception staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond with recommendations, assisting with travel arrangements etc. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to bus and train station if required and in easy walking distance to Cathedral and lots of restaurants.

Room was a little small, shower was difficult to move around in as the shower tray was so small. Bathroom was small but could have been designed a little better in terms of maximizing space.

If you’re looking for a great hotel in Palermo, look no further! It’s ideally located in a central location, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. They even assisted us with booking car services when we needed them, which was a huge help to us! The room was well appointed and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. I would gladly return and will recommend to all needing a hotel in Palermo.
