Everything the hotel is perfect for e holiday with family end friends is fantastic

Staff was really nice, they helped us with getting around the town, with rent a car setup and were there 24/7 for any help.

First day when i came for breakfast at 10.00 they didn’t allow me to get in because they serve breakfast only from 7-10.00 exactly. Every day at around 7.00 in the morning the construction workers in hotel started to drill so the noises were unbearable the whole 5 days through all day long. Also the cleaners came at around 9.00 and just opened the door with their keys without any notice. Although i asked that they do not clean, they were coming in for the whole trip ( 5 days ). The restaurant is overpriced. And you need to wear caps if you want to use the pool. Location is not in central Palermo so you need to use local transport ( witch is not really reliable ). There aren’t any beaches near the hotel.

Well, to start with; Reading the reviews I was actually little nervous and was even planning to cancel last minute. Reality; rooms were nice, fresh and renovated, pool was great and nice breakfast! It seems that hotel is going through a renovation and they still have some older rooms and this might explain some of the reviews but I can warmly recommend this place! 😀 Pool is must during the summer! For us the only slightly negative part was the location if you don’t have a car, with the car location is likely really good. City is maybe 2.5km away, there is a tram 400-500m from hotel that brings you to central station where you walk ca. 15min to historic centrum or so. Taxi was 13 euro to historic center as a reference. Hotel still had some places around for lunch/ dinner. Wi-Fi not great in the rooms, common areas it worked well.

Accessible terrace on the roof. Nice breakfast. The beds will suck you into the best sleep you will have in your life. Staff members were great. Especially the man at the bar next to the reception with excellent music taste and a big heart!

We had to discuss the payment for the accommodation twice when we got there and when we were leaving as it seemed to the staff members that we have not paid, even though we paid 3 weeks before coming. It didnt turn into any big fuss, but was nonetheless strange.

The room was lovely. Overlooking the sea. Large and comfortable. Lovely terrace with great views on the roof. We didn’t eat there but we did go in the lounge. A wonderful barman fetched us a bottle of wine, nibbles and put a 33 rpm record on an old player. Brilliant evening.

Swimming pool was closed and the hotel is showing signs of age and neglect in some parts

Very helpful staff with plenty of facilities. Large room with air conditioning and a great pool on the roof. Very nice restaurant with good selection of food and wines available.

European plug adaptor did not fit the sockets. Unfortunately, quite a walk from main attractions. A bus does stop outside but we did have quite a long wait for it. As our adaptor wouldn't plug in we got rather a lot of mosquito bites on the first night.

Although the hotel is rather old, it is quite nice and the room is comfortable. The breakfast is gorgeous. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is delicious.

The hotel location is not perfect, roughly half an hour by foot from the main train station. Some pieces of furniture in our room were broken (e.g., clamp bracket of the shower and a panel of the desk).

The hotel was really nice & centre was good.

Didn't like the mile & half walk to centre, very run down area & didnt feel safe after dark. The beach was filthy & covered in litter. Would have like tea/coffee making faculties in the room.

One of few hotels in Palermo has a swimming pool which is useful to cool down! Not bad distance from the town centre but buses is quite frequently. Nice walk by the coast to the town.

A bit of distance from mainly facilities like shops and bars & restaurants.

It was clean and well presented. The staff were lovely and very accommodating and even came to us at breakfast to let us know that if we had any problems or needed anything that they could be of help. The view from our room was stunning and was a treat to wake up to in the morning
