The hotel is wonderful! An amazing building with a fantastic garden with everything you need to relax! Truly dog friendly. A special mention for the staff who were incredible. We were caught in traffic and were not going to make it for dinner so they offered to prepare and have our food delivered for us in our room. After a long 13 hours drive it was heavenly to have the delicious food waiting for us! Thank you!

The guy making breakfasts was rude to customers who asked why the restaurant was not opened in the morning. On top of that, people had to go to him to remind him their orders because he would get distracted.He would not be able to do a simple job like serving a cappuccino (it spilt the plate which was full in liquid and he would ignore/not even thinking about bringing a new one!)

An excellent location, just outside Parma. Quiet, set within well-maintained grounds, I think the entire hotel was converted from a set of farm buildings. A second identical building behind the hotel has not yet been restored. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, there is a good restaurant (which is made even better for being outside during the summer). The staff were accommodating. Within the grounds there is a range of different sunbeds and loungers. And there are 20-30 semi-wild rabbits to keep you entertained! A unique, relaxing atmosphere.

I was concerned that it is near to a small airport, but there was no noise, so no cause for concern. The airport is clearly not very busy. Some fittings in the room could do with a little TLC.

Very nice hotel with lots of rabbits in the garden, a real pleasure for the children. The person at check-in was really nice, he helped arrange a last minute tour in a parmigiano reggiano farm. The rooms are clean and have the necessary equipments.

The surroundings of the hotel is very nice with a big garden. An outside bar with music would add value for the customers. As noted to the person at checkout (and she told me she will escalate the information) we were not able to enjoy breakfast outside as the lady in the breakfast room didn't allow us to sit outside, it's a real shame!

Restaurant served delicious meal at the price of the dinner was very low compare to what i expected. Full meal for 5 people and 1 kid was only 190 euro with wine and water. Breakfast was more Italian than continental but they still had egg and bacon as well and was really good.

Location was nice, in summer must be awesome, food was great, room were spacious and clean, staff was very welcoming and nice overall. Is super close to airport like 5 mins and also very close to Parma city centre like 10 mins.

The property has a huge garden full of rabbits and a pig. You can see these cute animals from the huge room windows which is awesome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is walking distance from the airport which was a plus for our last night in Parma.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday and there are no restaurants or supermarkets clise to the property.

The bunnies everywhere were amazing! The venue is beautiful on the outside! Bed was pretty comfortable and A.C worked well.

Very outdated, old bathroom and many damages in room itself. It smelled like someone just emptied a cleaning spray in the room, very strong smell. Very thin blanket (recommend to put extra blanket in closet)

A good value comfortable and modern hotel. It's close to the airport, but we didn't hear a single plane. Ample parking. A bus into town runs from the tiny airport terminal which is a 10 minute walk away, but a taxi is only 8 euros.

Breakfast was very good, but there were no options for food or drink at other times.

Our stay in this hotel was simply perfect. The staff was very kind and ready to help. The whole architecture of the hotel is really interesting and unique, it is not just an ordinary hotel. The bunnies in the garden are a real nice bonus too and the garden in itself is beautiful, especially at night :-)

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is very nice, cozy, they have bunnies around the garden and a very lovely piggy. The room was confortable, very clean and cozy. The Hotel is walking distance from the airport. If you don't drive, like me, no problem, there is a bus at the airport that goes to the city center, very easy.
