Everything went very smoothly. The owner is very nice and accomodating. The bed is good. I could leave my luggage after the check-out. The cookies and drinks were a nice touch. :-) The room is simple, and the ensuite bathroom very small. But it is equipped with what you might need. When I told the owner about the broken shower (I could shower, just not attach the showerhead to the wall), she immediately assured me that it will be fixed promptly and even showed me the new part she had already ordered. The location is great, halfway between train station in the old city centre. Very close to supermarket and beginning of shopping area, but still quiet. The walk to the Piazza Duomo is 15-20 minutes.

The location is very central- walking distance to all the major attractions in Pisa, including the main train station. The room comes with a bit of history and some simple refreshments which were a nice touch! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and even waited a bit longer for me to arrive than my original planned arrival time!

The bathroom felt like there were some serious renovations which needed to be done. There were random sheets of tile barely covering other issues which was at times off-putting and disconcerting. Otherwise, everything was great.

It was truly a great experience. First, it was a wonderfully warm welcome by the staff, even though I arrived there very late. They were waiting for me with charming smiles, which made me feel at home. Second, the hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of Pisa. It's close to the central station, the leaning tower, and even the airport. I actually walked there from the airport :) Additionally, the room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, AC, TV, and I was also given breakfast as a gift :)

- The room was on the ground floor and we could hear all the cars and pedestrians. On the other hand, there were very few of them on the street.

Our hosts were marvellous, we needed to check in early and they were more than accommodating to let us! They did their best to make us feel most comfortable and recommended us the best places to eat in the city. Our room was newly renovated, good size and very comfortable. We did not book any breakfast but our room came with complementary sweets, snacks, water and coffee! We could even have our room cleaned daily but we did not avail of it so not to bother our lovely hosts. We had the best stay--amazing value for money!

Nothing, everything was great!

What a lovely little hide away from the hustle and bustle! Super Clean, air conditioning, great in room snacks and coffee maker, mini fridge, TV, close to the train station, and the leaning tower, great restaurants and a grocery store if needed. Theresa our host was super informative and really nice. I plan on staying here again when I visit Pisa next summer. Some reviews on google said there was a problem with the rooms having glass entry doors.. THIS IS INCORRECT INFORMATION there are NO glass doors anywhere on the rooms. The doors are solid! I felt quite safe and secure here. It is quiet also and we had a room with a window on the street side and it was perfect! There is FREE WI-FI TOO!! and it works pretty good for Italy! The price was also a plus! :)

I arrived on a Sunday and unfortunately some of the restaurants were not open but that is no reflection on 6 Keys!

6 keys is a small family run accomodation, and the friendly , helpful owners are what makes this property exceptionally good value for money, along with its ideal location between the train station ( about 10 minutes on foot ), and Pisa Tower (about 15 minutes). We had a twin room with private bathroom which was comfortable and clean.Perfect for our 1 night stay. Whilst advertised as no breakfast , croissant , biscuits and coffee making facilities were in our room at no extra cost which was extraordinarily kind and allowed us less time searching for a breakfast. Excellent!

Everything was great.. Our only problem was that we arrived late at night but 45 minutes earlier than I had informed the hotel, and it took a few minutes to contact the owners to enter. If you arrive late at night it might be good to email once at the train station if your times differ to those indicated in any correspondence. This was a minor event and I would definitely stay at 6 keys again! Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Very welcoming host. The room was ideal for a lone traveller. Location wise you are between the train station and Leaning Tower of Pisa which are both roughly a 15 minutes walk either direction from the hotel and makes a pleasant walk to see everything. Very good value for money. Would come again if this way in the future.

Location terrific if arriving by train, and wanting overnight stop to see the leaning tower. Directions provided, and signage made locating place very easy. Room spacious, bed comfy, check in easy ( even without English) and nice change to have no stairs.

Room is on ground floor, plenty of light, but also noisy in the mornings. Fine with ear plugs.

Friendly welcome on arrival. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Even some biscuits for the coffee. Super location between the city centre and train station. Walk to the airport in 25 min. Very safe location at any time of day or night. I'd stay there again!
