Beautiful rooms, super comfortable bed. Great staff. Nice breakfast good location for restaurants and for walking into old town.

Absolutely no parking, a real pain. We had to park at some parking spots that were far away, and there is no place for us to drop off our bag,because all the streets were closed. So we had to park our car then drag our suitcase through the cobblestone streets. The hotel is located on via Roma, which is lovely except the street was wall to wall people and we had to drag the suitcases through the streets and through the lineup of people.

Great location, lovely hotel and lovely staff who were really helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

First day there was no bacon at 10am and we had to ask for more fruit as there was hardly anything there. more fruit was brought. Another morning we had to ask for fruit once again. Breakfast was disappointing really. A simple thing to improve and make great. It also would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and have a cup of tea or a drink in the afternoon / early evening and the roof terrace would have been a nice place to be if the hotel could have offered this.

very cute property in the heart of the Main Street area. clean and spacious and friendly staff. front desk super helpful and the ladies on the terrace for breakfast vey pleasant. I personally would have preferred more variety in my breakfast as we had the same options every morning but that’s a small issue on such a nice stay. if you prefer sleeping with the window open the noise from the street might deter you from staying here but the shutters and closed windows mute 99% of the wonderful excitement of the evening.

only reco to the property would be to add some rubber seals to guest rooms doors and the primary front door. they close with very aggressive noise. even a slight close sounds like a slammed door and depending on how many guests - it could be ongoing all evening/night which is a simple fix to add some rubber to each door to soften the closing.

Beautiful hotel with so much character and charm. Incredible rooftop where breakfast is served, looking across all of Polignano a mare. Very very comfortable. Room was stunningly gorgeous. A little noise at night from the street below - but thats expected given how central the location is.

Excellent location near restaurants, shops and the sea. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of selections from eggs, yogur, bacon, fresh croissants and coffee.

We had an odor in our room that we believe was from the sewer. It wasn’t strong but noticeable. Staff stated they would look into it.

The room and the decor of the building was beautiful. Location was great, central to everything.

The air conditioning was a nightmare to understand and get to work. It also wouldn't go any lower than 22 degrees which is like having the heating on at home!

it’s clean, spacious and located right in the center where it’s restaurants are right outside the hotel.

parking was a challenge as is everywhere in Pollignano Amare. Luckily we were able to double park near the hotel to unload the suitcases. the parking lot was about 1 kilometer away from the hotel.

Very well located . The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and pleasant. The proximity to the beach was excellent.

There was nowhere outside the rooms to sit comfortably in the hotel.
