The customer service was next level. The owners went above and beyond to book dinners for us, drive us to and from their partnered beach club and book the tickets and organising it all for us. They even helped us park our car and collect us from the free parking at the train station which Paolo notified us about so we didn’t have to worry or pay for parking (THE BEST!!!)…. And more! Always there for anything we required and answer or help wherever they could. Location is fabulous and right in the centre of everything. The B&B itself exceed all expectations. Very clean, felt extremely comfortable and could relax on the balcony overlooking the town. Cleaned perfectly daily and always brand new towels and anything we required. Aperitif were brought to our rooms the first evening which was an excellent addition and so appreciated and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful time in Polignano a mare and for everything you have both done for us. We have been spoilt by how well you have treated us. We will be back!

Beautiful place recently renovated with great style. Staff very helpful. Confortable bed, gorgeous bathroom with big shower, good breakfast at near by cafe.

The location is good cause it literally on the principal street of resto, café, bar however this means that it’s very noisy at night so hard to sleep even at 1am when it’s still bustling on the street. It didn’t help that during our stay the world diving competition was going on so even more full in town. I would still recommend this hotel due to all the other positive aspects but ask for a room in back.

We loved our stay here from the minute we arrived. Stylish, yet cosy, perfectly located right in the center of Pulignano. Impeccably clean and the room comes with everything you need. Lavish breakfast delivered to our room every morning, which we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy on the balcony. Paolo is the best host you could wish for, kind, helpful and an all around nice guy. Mille Grazie!

Excellent,modern facilities, central location,on the main street. The room with balcony was great and spacious. There was a coffee machine and the fridge. Very welcoming staff and helpful to organize your stay according to your needs. I even got a present,but won't tell what it was to leave it as a surprise. As somebody mentioned before,it look better than on pictures.

The room without the balcony that I initially booked was a bit too dark and on the ground floor with the entrance on the noisy, busy street. I upgraded to the room with balcony and it was excellent (around 30 EUR more). The breakfast is not worth it as it is in the different location and the staff didn't explain how it works or give me a menu, when I asked for a second coffee they said I have to pay extra.Plus you can only order 2 plates, I was quite hungry after them. The breakfast was good though, but for 10 EUR extra I paid I guess I could have another coffee included.

Everything was perfect, the luxury/ superior room (can’t remember the name, but anyhow the basic room was also amazing, our friends stayed in it) exceeded our expectations. Great design, modern and minimalist, I loved all the details. The hotel seems recently renovated and super well taken care of, very clean, amenities were high quality, great facilities, best location we could have hoped for, good value for the money. Professional and friendly staff, and I also loved so much the balcony of the room! Warmly recommend it!

It was amazing, we loved everything about our stay! You are right in the middle of everything you will love about Polignano …. location, restaurants, bars & beaches superb. The rooms & breakfast are exceptional and Paolo was always there to welcome us, help us out & answer any questions we had.

Couldn't recommend it more! I had the most amazing check-in experience, the room was seamless clean, absolutely well decorated, the shower is perfect, and the balcony was spacious. There are many restaurants around and the location is close to all the main city attractions. Also just 8 minutes away by walking from the train station. Staying there made my first time experience in Polignano a Mare even more special!

Amazing location, friendly staff, nice surprise on arrival (small bottle of wine). Very tidy rooms and bathroom, and shower was excellent. Lovely little balcony over the street to enjoy the wine! Would definitely stay again. Also better value for money than other options we looked at in Polignano a Mare.

The place is gorgeous, comfortable, clean and in a great location in the historic city center, just like the pictures. Breakfast was delicious and served in the room. The hosts are also very nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to go back!
