Everything is great about this place, rooms are clean and nice, beds are comfortable and it’s located merely minutes away by car from Bergamo. But the true highlight is very welcoming and friendly host (even though we came late in the night) and her delicious breakfast. Homemade jams are just next level and they alone are a reason to visit Ametista!

Exactly as in the photos, beautiful room and very clean. Free parking is available nearby. The host is very kind and helpful. Location is beautiful. Easy access to Lake Como, Monte Isola and Venice. Thank you very much for our stay and we wish you all the best!

The host was very careful and help you with all that you need. The breakfast was nice with homemade food. The garden and the view to the Mountains also nice.

The location was a little bit far from Bergamo but this wasn't nice because we were with the bus.

The dinning table were the breakfast was served was very cosy and Staff Erica was very helpful and left me ready every morning in a thermos decaffeinated coffee.

It was a bit far from Bergamo Town. There were buses but only every 30 minutes and the last one was at 9pm.

Breakfast was so good. Marina was so friendly and cheerful and the little dog Slapi added loads of extra points for this stay for us. Room is large and comfortable and the place is rather easy to find with a parking space nearby. Ponteranica is slightly out of Bergamo city, but it was a great location since we were looking to drive out towards San Pellegrino for a day trip too.

Water was rather cold for a shower in winter, and would have been nice to have at least a kettle in the room, but we made do with the one downstairs in the kitchen :) everything else was great!

Everything was more than ok,starting with the host, Marinna, who is a very nice,gentile and helpful person, ending with the accomodation,a very clean room and bathroom,nice view to the garden,but also to the all green that is around. Breakfast was delicious also,a very tasty italian breakfast.

The location is great if you're driving from Bergamo Airport. The owner is very attentive and friendly. Beautiful comfortable rooms, with everything in working order. Breakfast was delicious....

Location - a bit far from Bergamo. In the COVID period buses end service early so you may have to walk quite a bit or take Uber, which is not cheap in Italy. Other than that, it is a very nice and cozy hotel.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom incredibly modern, the host (Marina) was beyond helpful and assisted us in booking an airport transfer which was such a relief! Wish we could have spent longer!
