We arrived slightly early so went to drop our luggage off at reception. The friendly lady that met us, told us that we could go in our room as it was ready and then showed us there, and explained access codes etc.

The only thing we could possibly fault was that the toilet seats were both very wobbly! There really was nothing else that we didn’t like.

The location was excellent, very central, everything in reach by foot. The bus stop with busses to or from the station or to go to Classe is around the corner. The tourist office is only 30 m away and sells bus tickets. From midnight onwards the area around the hotel was absolutely quiet. It was convenient to have a waterkettle and a choice of tea and coffee bags. Communicating with the owner of the appartment was easy, all questions were quickly answered.

We didn't like the breakfast arrangement with the restaurant next door. The choice, if any, was poor, no second cup of coffee offered, no attention by the waitress, very little bread. I recommend not to choose the breakfast option but to have your breakfast somewhere else.

We loved the location, near the old town. Breakfast was included and very generous. the staff were lovely. The apartment was roomy, with all facilities except a washing machine. There was lots going on in nearby streets and the historic squares

Our apartment was accessed from separate stairs round the corner from the main entrance. The 'washing machine' listed in the details was on the first floor, round the corner and along the street. Not really suitable for leaving your washing running overnight as it would have been if it had been in the apartment. All the air conditioning units faced onto the balcony, making it unusable.

The property is beautiful and very stylish. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and well cared for. Check in was remote and easy with a key box and code. The small apartment has a kitchenette and fridge and two bathrooms. Parking in Ravenna isn’t super easy, but with a little luck we found a space just metres away from the apartment. You can get a car pass from the apartment to allow you to drive into the restricted zone. Just let them know in advance. Breakfast is in the affiliated bar below and it was amazing! A proper Italian bar, frequented by locals. We sat amidst the morning routine enjoying listening to the comings and goings, whilst munching on bread, eating yoghurt, jam and delicious, fresh pastries. We even got juices and fresh tea as we didn’t want coffee. Simply excellent! Ravenna was much more than we expected. The local tourist office sells tickets that are reasonably priced so that you can visit all the main monuments. Many churches were open for free. The town was calm and very clean, tidy and organised. The mosaics really are worth seeing! And eat a Piadine or three, they’re delicious!

Fabulous stay of a total of 8 nights here with Stefani. who was most gracious and helpful. She helped organise our booking prior our trip and during our trip when there were some technical hiccups. Would recommend this place with great kitchen facilities and our room was spacious with a sofa area, air conditioning and big wardrobe storage area. There was a washing machine in the facilities and very quiet.

There was a water temperature problem at one stage however Stefani responded quickly to have this resolved. Somethings just happen and you just have to accept it is not the management fault.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for 3 couples. For us it was a stopover for a cruise the next day. Communication was good. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very prompt. The lady working behind the counter on the restaurant was amazing.

Nothing. The only snafu was getting a taxi/Uber from the hotel to port the next day. We had a friend speak broken Italian to figure it out. We had to go back to the train station by bus to get another bus. This has nothing to do with the Hotel though. Judy a note to self to be prepared. Bus stop was right there.

Good instructions for self check in. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfy and shower was nice other than an issue with water leaking under the shower door. Good coffee and bottled water were provided in the apartment. A nice continental breakfast was provided in the restaurant below with delicious croissants. Located close to the tourist information and we were so thankful that the host told us that we needed to go there to arrange transportation to the cruise ship

It would have been nice to have a clothes rack in the 2nd bedroom.

The apartment is centrally located, very close to the tourist information centre. There is a bus stop within metres of the apartments with buses to the station and beaches. The apartment is nicely decorated and very spacious with loads of cupboards, drawers and wardrobes as well as efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was OK, but quite minimal.

Towels were large, but extremely thin and in need of replacement. There was no kettle and only small cups and a pile of paper towels instead of a tea towel or dish cloth. Once we got the hob to work, it was very efficient, but some instructions as to how to unlock it would have saved initial frustration when trying to boil some water! The room within the apartment containing the washing machine had bare wires from a socket (with a strange ‘no entry’ sign on the door!). The tap fitting in the bathroom moved as you tried to turn it on. Service in adjoining restaurant was extremely slow. (We waited an hour for pizzas!)

The manager, Stephanie, was exceptionally helpful. Thank you. The location is excellent, close to all the buzz of the town, but the rooms are nice and quiet. The Cafe downstairs is excellent, really nice breakfasts with great coffee. Good for dinner too.

57 steps to our apartment on 3rd floor was a challenge. But the stairs are well lit. The pitched roof line makes it a little cramped, but you get used to it. No laundry facilities.

Appreciated the quick response to our questions from a number of staff. Also ability to do our laundry was great. Reasonably good breakfast. Convenient walking distance to a number of sites. Getting a resident's parking pass was important, and a big plus. Overall a good experience.

Our section of the building needs refreshing. Lights were too dim to comfortably read. Being on a main street with single pane windows meant that we heard sounds from the street at night. Although Ravenna is a safe city, I was concerned about doors to the street being left unlocked so anyone could walk in. We found getting to the apartment by car to be very difficult - downtown Ravennna is a maze of one way streets. Of course this is not a reflection on the hotel ... but we spent about an hour trying to drop our bags off at the door.
