It is an amazing property! Our family suite was huge, with 2 separate bedrooms. In each rom there were matrimonial bed and one single bed. Rooms are very beautiful and full of wonderful artifacts and pictures. Furniture is mix of modern and antique. Beautiful fireplace in the second bedroom. The whole house is like a museum, you can spend an hour to discover details and then you can find something new again:). Beds are very comfortable, 2 air conditioners,tea, coffee, water heater, small fridge, juice for kids. The owner is super friendly! They also give us free delicious breakfast and let us stay until 12.00. What can I say? True 10 out of 10! I highly recommend you to stay at this house, perfect for families or friends travelers.

Great place. Appeared completely as advertised. Great location in a hidden gem of a town - Ravenna! The property was located in a great spot for some quick touring of old Ravenna. Had I known more I may have arranged to stay an extra day to spend more time. Again, this property is in a GREAT location and the host was very helpful. Great stay!

The wifi and aircon were really good and worked well all of the time. We had our 2 older teenagers staying in the same room which had ample space for the few days we were there. There was a good selection of cooled drinks, beer, tea/ coffee croissants, biscuits etc. We were going on a cruise from Ravenna so this was a perfect stop over before we sailed. Very close to town and walking distance from the train station where there are taxis and cruise coaches to take you to the cruise terminal- which is really useful. We flew to Bologna and took the express then train to Ravenna - both had air-con which enabled a pleasant and easy transfer. The host was very friendly and did not contact us unnecessarily during our stay.

There are a few stairs to the flat but not too much of an issue. No other problems.

Great location in the city center and close to the railway station (about 8 min). Public transport just a few ministries away (in addition to the station). Nice big room with all you need. My room had a double bed and two single beds. Bed was confortable. Good shower. Nice decorations & furniture. I was in Ravenna for work, wifi was good and there was a nice round table by the window I could work at like at home.

In front of my room there was a small common area and the sound isolation was minimal so I could hear my neighbours very well when they were in this area right outside my door. It wasn’t a problem for me as I was alone and was already awake prepping to leave, but this may disturb if it’s a group or a couple staying, and also if someone wants to sleep late.

A very comfortable, quirky suite in a very central location. The beds were very cosy and the air conditioning was very welcome.

The breakfast must have changed recently because it was packaged cakes, croissants and biscuits, this had not been clear at the time of booking. Previous reviews had said how good the breakfast was. It was not a problem at all for us because we enjoy going out for breakfast in Italy.

Spacious rooms and bathroom, well equipped, friendly owner, welcome drinks, good wifi, great water pressure, well functioning air conditioning, decorated walls with art pieces like in a gallery, good location.

Unstructured check in and out experience - it's very much like AirBnb - you may need to call the owner to figure things out :-)

very convent location. plenty of room for 6. complementary breakfast.

Air conditioner did not work well. the hostess on the property did try very hard to fix it.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. It was delicious. The coffee was great. The atmosphere was incredible.

Lovely, quirky suites. Suites are huge, great location near lots of restaurants..great little breakfast included. wish we had more time here!
