The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast had a good variety and the location was really convenient and central. The host communicated well and in a timely manner and the fact that he was present at breakfast was really nice to greet and host his guests and potentially deal with any issues. Walking distance to practically the entire city, loads of restaurants near by. Would highly recommend this property.

The room we stayed in had a strange smell and we could not put our finger on whether it was the sewer or if the smell was coming from outside.

We loved our stay here!! Just a 10 min walk from the train station puts you at the front door, as it's located right on the edge of the historic center. The host greeted us and helped us with our bags, and was available to answer any questions.. Room + bed were comfortable and the AC worked great! Breakfast was lovely and bountiful each morning. The balcony was nice if you wanted to sit out. The care that this host puts into making sure your stay is comfortable, exceeded all expectations!! Excellent location, withing walking distance to all the Mosaics and restaurants. Highly recommend!!! (Sorry I forgot to take photo of very welcoming lobby and breakfast room. )

Everything was perfect!

Everything worked great!! We were met when we arrived. All went like clockwork!! The location is absolutely perfect, especially if traveling by train. We walked maybe 10 minutes straight along the boulevard from the train station. The b and b was right on the same road, but the road had turned into a pedestrian road by then. Convenient!! And the entire old Town was right outside the door within minutes!

If there was one part which could be better it was breakfast. It would have been a banquet compared to most hotel stays in The States, but there was something a bit missing which i can't explain, actually. The host did everything he could to make us comfortable, though.

Location is great! The best you can have in Ravenna - right next to all important sights and the train station too! Rooms are large and impeccably clean, breakfast also was good. And the host, Valentino, is great. He was replying immediately after every inquiry of ours! And we had many things to ask for - early check in, beach recommendations, issues with our train as it was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night - he accommodated every request we had. Definitely recommend!

All was great

Such a tastefully decorated place and so well located in the beautiful city of Ravenna. A good -sized room for 3 (or more, there was a convertible), good bathroom, air con, breakfast and a lovely welcome.

Maybe breakfast hours could start, as an exception, just a little before 8am for guests needing to travel early … and some salad would have been nice. Maybe indicate that corso Diaz is pedestrian ?? The GPS took us down it, past the carabinieri .. scary ! Otherwise everything super good 👍🏻

First of all, the location is so good, very close to the train station! Second is the room, the room is so spacious compared to other hotel rooms, nice and clean! The last is the owner, they are so nice and friendly, always be there to help, we got a problem with the balcony door around midnight, but the owner plans to drive 30 mins back and fix it for us, even though my husband fixed it before he comes, but you feel really helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, walking distance from Ravenna station. Valentino is a great host. Very hands-on and accommodating. He serves breakfast to his guests and makes cappuccino for everyone which tastes perfect by the way. The breakfast spread is not a lot but for someone who usually skips breakfast, it is more than plenty for me. There are also cakes available, and they all seem delicious, so on the last day of our vacation, I caved and tasted the chocolate cake... it was exquisite! Valentino also arranged our port drop-off for our cruise day. Always going above and beyond for his guests. The room was also very clean when we arrived. The bathroom size is big which is great.

Nothing.. I couldnt think of anything negative. Our stay was smooth and perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who visit Ravenna. Unbeatable location, perfect host! Thanks again, Valentino!

The property and our room/bathroom were both very new nice, updated, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The location can’t be beat, right in the pedestrian zone, with very convenient parking 1 block away. The parking pass provided by Valentino for 2 euros is a fantastic deal and allows you to park for free for the duration of your stay. the building also has a small elevator if needed - we used the stairs except when bringing our bags up and down which was nice. the breakfast had a good variety and quality. Valentino was a perfect host as well, providing us great instructions for where to park, how to find the property, recommending a restaurant we loved, and going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. we really loved our stay here and would return if in the area again.

The B&B is on the "first floor"--European style which means it is on the second floor for US people. It has a few stairs to the lift--but it HAS a lift! So helpful! The location is excellent to walk to everything you need and want to see. Valentino gave recommendations for where to go and provided a city map. The room is very large with plenty of storage for luggage. The bathroom is large and well appointed. The breakfast is lovely. The people are all kind and helpful. On my last day, the manager/owner, Valentino, drove me to the train station. It was raining and this was soooo very appreciated.

The property advertises that there is a coffee/tea maker in the room. This is not accurate. Upon request, the manager/owner provided an electric tea kettle in the common area. The shower has lots of hot water and is a good size but has no shelves for putting soap, shampoo etc. These things must sit on the floor.

Everything. Valentino is a great host. Check in took seconds, shown around my room which was amazing. Clean, spacious, comfortable and stylish with a balcony and air conditioning. I wanted a really early breakfast which Valentino accommodated showing me where everything was, great coffee, food selection and again, very clean and pleasant surroundings. The property is easy to find which was great after a long day cycling from Venice, and it’s location in the heart of the Ravenna ‘Old Town’ couldn’t be better, 2 mins walk from a range of great restaurants and bars. Perfect!!
