Had the basics.

Not very good sound proofing. Only had one pillow. I like about 4. Also please change the towels each day. Energy saver is also a pain in the ass as you can't put portable chargers and the like on to charge up while you go out. Energy saver keys have literally no benefit to the guests. When you are paying, if you want to use electricity you should be able to.

The room is similar to the description, the staff is attentive (even though my italian was bad and I had to communicate in english); The room has a minifridge, which was very helpful in my stay, and, although there isn't a breakfast option included in the place, the guesthouse offers a coffe station for the guests to serve themselves as they please during a long timerange. I could also benefit from a shuttle service from and to the airport (the price isn't low, but, as far as I know, it is a fair price for this kind of service in Rome). This was ideal for the comfort of my stay and I appreciated a lot the service (the staff, Jack, was very cooperative with my time needs even though it was very early in the morning - I had a flight scheduled at a very early time in the morning and needed to check-out about 4am).

(1)The localization is very good (the neighbourhood is calm and neat); however, although it was close to some bus stops, the access to the metro station is somewhat far away (~8-10 min walking), which might not be ideal after a few days for those people not inclined to do a lot of walking (or if you have a lot of luggages with you). (2) the temperature regulation was not working in my room (but since the weather was nice it didn't become a problem at all - being that the reason why I didn't even bring this problem to the knowledge of the staff).

The room is typically European small, but this place is perfect for a quick trip to Rome if you just need a place to sleep and store your stuff. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of 3 Metro stops. I’d stay there again.

Satellite tv and remote control needed some help, but I wasn’t there to watch tv.

Truly 10/10 The place was insanely clean (and I am very problematic in such matters). I traveled alone (22 years old). The neighborhood is safe and full of bus stops all over the city. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I felt safe with them. I have never stayed in such a clean hotel! The staff cleans the rooms every day. I enjoyed very much. Strongly recommends.

Room was decently sized for the price and the staff were very willing to help do anything.

It was a tad dirty and staff used my clothes to clean the floor, so don't leave clothes lying around. They also cleaned everyday and rearranged possessions.

Very good location near the main train station Termini and within walking distance of all sights. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel with delicious Italian food.

Everything was OK for me.

Very friendly staff. They helped us with some tips around. Also the room was very clean everyday. The place was in a strategic position for the city. I recommend this place for group of friends in Rome. Also some very nice restaurants around.

Very large and well appointed apartment. Includes great amenities and up to date decor. The 24h desk and luggage storage was super helpful. The area is superb, safe, yet close to the main train station. Wonderful time!

It was easy to find and the staff were very friendly. It was also clean and had everything within walking distance.

The temperature of the shower varied, but never ice cold luckily.
