Brilliant area, close to the station. Nice safe neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick breakfast before a day of exploring was very nice. Would definitely return if ever in Rome again!

Firstly, this hotel is located in a very convenient area of ​​Rome in all respects: From here you can easily and very quickly even walk to the railway station Termini, as well as to the most significant, very famous sights of the Eternal City. Secondly, the Service, which is provided by the excellent team of employees of this Hotel under the sensitive leadership of the General Director, arouses admiration for its professionalism, attention, friendliness and utmost politeness. Excellent rooms, by European standards not very large, but they have absolutely everything for a very comfortable, high-quality and demanding stay. At the same time, the prices are quite democratic. We came to Roma to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Deseo Home simply made our duration in Rome amazing!They gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate. Location was on point very close to delicious restaurants which were around the conor. Upon check-In we were given a city map with 4 different routes/locations drawn to see various sights and monuments. We also had a mini bar which was refilled every night.

Not a big issue, had some minor issue with our airconditioning as it would not set up properly but overall best experience at Deseo Home!

The location was excellent for us. The staff at breakfast were all lovely and really welcoming. The room had the most comfortable bed and the room was extremely well designed. It's a short walk into the main city, but we enjoyed being able to walk around the neighbourhood. The restaurants and cafes are great in the area and you don't need to go far to find somewhere to eat if you want to stay local.

A bit of a mix up from reception when trying to check out early the night before and it couldn't be sorted until the morning staff came on, but it was sorted straight away at 7.30am in time for our departure.

Breakfast was very good, continental/italian breakfast. Room was very clean, we asked for quiet place - got it. We did not heared the street, silent hours are from 23:00-07:00. Room has been cleaned every day, water/coffee/tea available for free. Location is good. You can use public transport. But we have walked all the time as we are walkers. All around you have too see beautiful Roman places. All attractions very close, all reachable by walking. Staff is very kind & helpfull. We were greeted by a very kind Italian gentleman who told us about the sights, marked everything on a map, and recommended places to eat. We stayed here 4 nights. With train we went to Napoli - 1,5 hours and you are there.

We are so glad that we chose this place for our stay in Rome. Everything was perfect. The rooms were cleaned every day, they change towels daily, and the space smells nice. The room had enough space and it is tastefully designed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, clean and functional - there was always hot water, clean towels, a sope, a shampoo and a shower gel. The breakfast was very good and tasty, savory and sweet, and they made us coffee every morning. The staff is so pleasant, attentive, friendly and helpful - there are always there for every questin, and they even arranged some tickets for us. We were very pleased with the location. It is near Termini station - walking distance, the bus stations are near, and we mostly walked to all of the city attractions. We took the bus when we felt tired and it works well (bare in mind that we walked for hours and hours daily). There a lot of restaurants near by, and the best gelateria is just ouround the corner. Check in and check out were very easy and fast. As far as we are concerned this was a spot on. If we come to Rome again, we will definitely choose this place for our stay. We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, with a bus stop conveniently nearby for easy access to the city. Breakfast was included, and it was delicious. The staff were professional, kind, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. However, there was one issue upon arrival: our initial room had a very strong smell of antiseptic or cleaning spray, which caused irritation and made it impossible to sleep. Thankfully, the staff handled the situation promptly and moved us to a larger, more comfortable room, which resolved the problem. Despite this hiccup, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location, excellent service, and tasty breakfast!

Once we figured out the location streetwise we understood how easy it was to reach Termini station which was our starting point.Clean,warm,let access and a very comfortable bed and pillows,had a relaxed sleep!

I would prefer a bit more variation in the breakfast spread.Fried egg(they offer boiled)and a selection of breadsticks(only sliced bread available)and more cheeses and cured meats.Also the toaster was a 2-slice non professional type which meant delays in getting your bread toasted if someone else had occupied it before you.I recommend they invest in a professional larger toaster.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The check-in process was seamless and inviting, with the front desk ensuring we had everything we required. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Rome, with numerous attractions within walking distance or easily accessible by nearby public transportation. The concierge team was extremely helpful, offering recommendations and directions that made my sightseeing effortless

The hotel is perfect if the purpose of the trip is to see and explore Rome, but a bit less ideal if the goal is more about a vacation spent in the room.
