Small rooms, but: 1. Very friendly staff, 2. value for money , 3. the hotel is 10 minutes walking by the metro station, 4. full breakfast. 5. Cozy! 😌 6. Very clean

It had such a lovely vintage vibe and many interesting details such as the giant plant in lobby, the beautifully restored wood floors, tiled bathroom and the color palette which reminded me of an ice cream parlor. Room had a nice big window next to the bed and everything I needed in the mini-bar which saved me a trip to the bodega. Will definitely stay again!

The location was excellent - a short walk from the landmarks and Roma Termini and there was a bus-stop near the hotel for a bus to the Vatican. The hotel itself was in a beautiful Italian apartment building and the room was very quaint. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite.

Because the hotel is over some floors of a regular residential building, it was a little difficult to find the door the first time. Perhaps the hotel signage could be a little more obvious because I'm sure we weren't the first ones to walk past the door a few times, dragging our cases behind us.

The hotel was darling, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as we needed to be near the embassy. It is not in such a tourist-heavy area, but it was also close to the Borghese Gardens and not too far from the metro stop. We also did some early morning walking to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.

Although the breakfast staff was friendly, the food wasn't very fresh. Also, if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs because the traffic can be loud.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, some good bars and restaurants nearby, good transport links and handy for reaching the main sites in Rome. And a really good gelataria just across the street.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location with lovely staff . We had a lovely room with a small balcony. Hotel is in a great location and is only a 15 minute walk from the Trevi fountain and even closer to metro stations . Lovely little breakfast room with a really nice selection of food and drinks . Really safe property and very tastefully decorated . Lady at reception couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly , we even asked for extra pillows and immediately they were in our room .

The only slight issue was at times,there was a smell in our room of a sewer or the bathroom which we had read about so it didn’t surprise us . I am sure with it being an old building it is something they are aware of.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the excellent value for money. For the price, the quality of service, comfort, and convenience offered is exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a bustling neighborhood.

We had an amazing time here, the service was great and the hotel staff were really friendly. Unfortunately I got sick and they gave the best service and were really helpful. It is a beautiful hotel at a perfect location, a lot of Rome’s highlights are walkable and it is a 10 minute walk from the termini train station. Our room was really nice, we had a balcony with a beautiful view and everything was clean. Breakfast was also served in a beautiful room and they gave enough options for food and drinks. We really enjoyed our time here and we will definitely come back when we will go to Rome again.

The location is great. It’s very close to Termini Station and within 30’ minutes walking from many of Rome’s main sights. The hotel is situated on the third floor of a historical building, it is cute and decorated with care. The room was small but functional, with a nice view and very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Being a in a historical building, our room’s windows were unfortunately only single glazing and not very insulating against noise or the cold. And there was a bad smell in the room, whose origin neither we nor the owners could identify.

Very nice reception even 2 a.m. and the owner /staff attitude during the entire stay in the hotel. Nice simple room, bathroom equipment, additional blankets. Great breakfast with wide option of meals and minibar in fridge for reasonable price. Very nice flowery decoration fitting the name. This place has a signature. Good walking distance to metro (5 min) Borghese garden (15 min) , Termini hub (15 min). Streetfood and small food shops around.

Maybe the traffic noise early in the morning as the room windows are situated on the cross road. But you are in Rome, not a countryside ;-)
