Nice staff, very cozy room and bathroom, carpet on the floor, water in the fridge, tea and coffee, coffee machine and electric kettle, many bathroom accessories, it was very clean, they made the cleaning whenever asked. Slippers and bathrobes are provided. It was quiet; air conditioner worked properly. The bed was large and comfortable. 15 mins walk to the center, many cafes nearby, nice street. It was pleasant to stay in the room.

The only thing is that in the first room on the 2nd floor there was no wifi connection, no mobile connection at all. The receptionist suggested to us the other room on the 5th floor with better wifi

Great location, about 20 minutes walk to central areas, and about 10 mins from Piazza Barberini for metro. Also close to Borghese, for nice walks, and about 20 mins walk to Termini train station. There are some nice restaurants on the same street as the hotel, in particular Fuocolento. Lots of other nice restaurants in the area, one very popular pizza place "50 Caló" (we didn't try it as queues). Reception staff were LOVELY! So nice, friendly, helpful, and gave us a good quality map. Room was a good size, the bed was big, and very, very comfortable, the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel :) The cleaning was very good, and the room was serviced well each day. The lovely marble bathroom with bath was a joy! Great toiletries in the bathroom too! There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room, with 4 complimentary coffee pods. Even though the windows were onto the street, we weren't disturbed at all by noise. Fedderica and Maddelena were especially helpful and nice.

Nothing, it was a lovely hotel and we will definitely come back! There is not a 24 hour reception, but this was not a problem for us, the card key opens the 'night door', Fedderica made sure to show us how to use it during the check-in process.

We booked a family room which was spacious and well equipped. The hotel's location was within easy walking distance to most sites in Rome. The hotel does not cater for breakfast, however there is a wonderful patisserie around the corner.

There was no 24 hour reception, which is ok, but there were no telephone numbers in case of emergency such as your room card not working.

The room was fantastic however the lighting system is odd (some switches also sometimes worked and then didn’t) and the wi-fi was almost useless, only accessible if sat at the desk in the room, one device at a time

The location was great! Walking distance to all the major spots but also quiet and cozy for a relaxed rest in the evening. There are some great restaurants in the street and nearby which are worth the visit. All the staff was helpful and efficient. The room was super clean and tidy, and the interior was great! You wont regret if you book this hotel! :)

We had an issue with the network, due to the location of our room there was no network service nor Wi-Fi in the room which was a bit challenging. Also, the bed mattress wasn't up to what we are used to, too soft and uncomfortable. However, it did not spoil our general impression of the hotel.

Great impressions. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Every morning we received clean towels, even our slippers were changed during our stay. The hotel is in a great location, a five-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The hotel staff is very friendly. In the street next to the hotel there are also two great restaurants, as well as a place for sandwiches and a great breakfast, the reception staff will always guide you well, whatever you are looking for. All recommendations, this hotel is the right choice.

The hotel is fairly close to major attractions and really close to Termini station and metro stations. Rooms are cleaned every day which is great. We asked for an iron which was available for the whole period. There are nice places to eat nearby. The staff was quite friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was really low, maybe it was because we were at last floor but still... The room was small as expected but we didn't expect there will also be only one really small window looking at a wall.

Great location! Minutes walk to the train station which was very convenient & a nice easy walk to make it to all the attractions of the city. The shower was great & the bed was also very comfortable. The room also had a coffee machine & hairdryer & the hotel provided toiletries too.

It would have been nice if breakfast was offered. The walls are also paper thin & the air conditioning didn’t work to well in our room.
