Our stay at the BnB was wonderful. As it was our first visit in Rome, its excellent location was a key factor in our decision concerning accommodation. It's located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, near the city centre without the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre streets. Excellent restaurants and cafes were within walking distance, which was important since we didn't want to use any means of transport in order to experience the beauty of the city. The BnB is located reasonably close to many Historically important monuments throughout the city, with the Vatican city being the furthest away, at 40 minutes of walking time. Concerning the room, it was more than adequate, with all the amenities one might need. The bed was comfortable, the rooms spacious and the important thing for me were the high ceilings, which gave the room a feel of airiness. The breakfast that was included was exactly what was needed for a days exploring. Our Host was really helpful, giving us directions, guiding us on what to see and always asking us if our stay was satisfactory. He really makes the guest a priority. All in all, if you plan a visit to Rome, you should shortlist this BnB and you won't be disappointed.

The location was excellent - an easy 20-30min walk to all main attractions, not close to the noisy touristy streets so you can sleep easily. Nice restaurants nearby. Mario was a kind and attentive host. Room had all basic necessities and the bed was comfortable. Even the hairdryer (the basic hotel tube dryer) was surprisingly effective!

Breakfast was nothing special, generic Italian store-bought sweet things. Better to enjoy fresh coffee and cornetto at a nice bar nearby.

The location is perfect. Not far from Termini train station, surrounded by good places where to have a cup of coffee. You can easily reach the main sights by walking. The staff is very kind, signor Fabio Mario was very flexible with our arrival and explained many things.

poor noise insulation, you can't speak in full voice at night. When we spoke to my friend not so loudly, the neighbors heard us and knocked on the wall.

The location was good, it is a quite area surrounded by government buildings and embassy's. There were also a few lovely restaurants just round the corner. After a busy day sight seeing, it was so important to come back and be able to get a good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable.

Slight miss understanding and I arrived with no shower gel or shampoo. Shower was a little small. But very clean good shower. It is a very small niggle. Everything was very good.

Mario Fabio, the host, was excellent. He couldn’t do enough for you. He waited for us to check in as was late getting there. Location was perfect for all the things to see well within walking distance. Breakfast was continental style and very good.

The stay was very pleasant! I definitely recommend this place. The owner is the loveliest person in the world. The lady who was serving us during the breakfast was also very nice and welcoming. The room was good for the price. There was a big wardrobe and TV ;)

A very good hotel in the center of Rome at a very attractive rate. The owner Mr. Mario was super nice, he welcomed us very well, offered cold drinks on arrival, and gave us a lot of practical information for our tour in Rome and tips for restaurants and attractions. What's more, our room had a great view of the city. Breakfast was decent, and the lady who served us was friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location was amazing closed to city and to the main transportation. Mario was super friendly and attentive. He gave us lots of tips and he was always pres not if we needed anything. Breakfast is simple but you can as much you want. Emanda is friendly and she makes sure you had enough of anything. A lovely time.

Great location, near the train station and approx. 15 minutes walking from the city center.

The hygiene could be a little better and maybe a more varied breakfast, but for this price point, is ok.

The stay was very nice! The owners did an amazing job at ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed! During breakfast she would ask about our agenda and would give us recommendations on the best way to get there. Overall a very nice comfortable stay with great restaurants near by.
