The hotel was nice. They cleaned it ervery day but it was cold. When you arrive, you have to enter the building en go to the 6th floor. Next to the elevator there are different “hotels” for each floor.

The best location (16 min by foot from Fontana di Trevi) with great surroundings (pizza places, supermarket, coffee and sweets places).. Great room, clean, good bed, tv, air conditioning, water heater with complimentary coffee and tea, small refridgerator, hairdryer.. room is big enough and has balcony, the stuff was very kind and always on disposal. After I read all the rewievs I was a bit warried because they weren't that good, but what a pleasent surprise it was when we came.. This place is great, we fully reccomend!

Everything was just great!

Balcony and fresh air, the manager answered my queries, on whatsapp, nearly instantly. The air conditioner, television, shower, fridge, towels changed everyday, and overall cleanliness was very good near to excellent. The location is excellent.

The kettle had some calcium which I didn't like. The toilet was leaking a bit, but it was repaired as soon as I told the manager.

Well located, simple room great for coming back just to sleep. A/C is great!

No security, glass door on our floor that led to our room was suppose to be lock with a code after closing of reception, but was unlock all night. Thank god that neighborhood is calm.

Staff had good English and were happy to answer any and all questions. Bed was super comfy. Easy walking from hotel to major attractions. Small restaurant right next door to hotel. Clean, tidy, and we'll presented.

Needs better road front signage to help identify the hotel. Was unresponsive to booking.com questions.

Like that it was quite central to town

The shower was a bit hard to keep at a good temperature and was low on pressure

Fantastic hotel, room and facilities we're great, Rossella was great to communicate with during our delay arriving. Would highly recommend this place, so close to the main station and worthy of staying just for the aircon alone!!!

The first thing we want to say is, thst from the beginning,we had a winderfull contact with Rossella, the recepcionist. She answered all my questions, even before we arrived.The hotel is in an absoutly prvileged location,near to buses, metro, but also everything easy to each walking, if you like it. When we arrived, Rossellawas already waiting for us,she gave us a lot of good recommendations, and even,as the reception closed,she told us to contact her in case of need. We felt really that we was not allone in Rome. Thanks Rossella 🙂🙂🙂

The bathroom is a bit old.

Friendly staff. Clean, balcony was really great. Spacious room, especially for Europe standards. Bus stop about 2 blocks away that makes accessing city centre very easy.

Shower, water does warm up all the way, stays lukewarm

The staff in the hotel was very friendly! We had a nice room with 2 balconies and airconditioning. The hotel was located well and we were happy with the hotel!

It was not really clear where the hotel was, there was no sign outside the building, only on the inside.
