The room was clean and spacy enough, the staff friendly and very helpful. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection. Location is fine, the district itself is not that beautiful, but the Termi station is 7min by foot, Colosseum is 15 min away and the closest metro station is less than 3 min by foot.

Some of the furniture is a bit old. Also I find it rather pricey, but maybe it's just usual level of prices in Rome.

Breakfast was nice. Fantastic croissant filled with chocolate. Location was convenient. Close to train station taking us to central Rome. Reception staff spoke English which was helpful and explained the area and travel requirements to get into central Rome as well as parking options.

Area was a bit dirty. Overflowing bins outside hotel. Bit expensive and taxes added once at hotel which was different to what I accepted on the website. Decor of hotel needs updating.

We enjoyed breakfast in the cafes. The receptionists were extremely helpful...VERY personable, courteous, helped out with places to eat, directions to and attractions to see. Greated us everytime we came and left the hotel . So friendly . The receptionists Camillia and Ulkar went above and beyond to make our stay incredible.

There was not anything we didn't like. 10 minute walk from Rome Terminal, grocery store down the street eateries near by, 20 minute walk to Colleseum.....and much more amenities

Location was near termini Station but wasn't the cleanest area. Didn't look safe to walk in late at night so we didn't attempt. We took taxis. If you are traveling with a group or a male it may be safer but I was with my 2 kids. Someone was always at the front desk 24 hours a day. Air conditioning is super refreshing!! They had ice cold water in the room fridge waiting for us.

The beds were extremely hard, absolutely no give. My back and hip ached. Other than that everything was great.

Hotel is open 24 hours, the bed was big and comfortable, air conditioning was working well

The location was excellent for our needs. The staff, Ulkar and Camellia were wonderful..so helpful, answering all our questions and giving tips and directions. They both went out of their way to help with future accommodations and were friendly and so personable. They were lovely to talk to and they really cared that we had an enjoyable stay.

the staff is really nice, the room is exactly a value for money .. convenient for a clean economic stay the location is good .. I walked to the city center easily and it’s really close to the train station the breakfast was made with love and delivered to my room even when I asked them to get it 5:30am in the morning I would stay there again

Staff was very good. The air conditioning allowed me to sleep well. The place was clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious! We also received a little bottle of wine in our third night. The mattresses could be better.
