No breakfast. Area was central to easy walking access to all tourist sites, shops, cafes etc. Air conditioning worked. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean enough. Water pressure not the best though adequate. Just a place to sleep and shower in Rome.

Only am cleaning attendant. Nobody available at front desk to help with questions a guest may have had. Very small hotel, more like an air BB with a limited (I believe 5 total rooms). First floor apartment with a bus stop immediately in front of room master bedroom along a fairly busy road so road noise always present since first floor apartment.

The host is very responsive & I felt have gone out of his way to help w/suggestions & booked an airport taxi for an early morning departure. It’s centrally located between the major attractions, Trastevere (we ate in that neighborhood every night), and bus stops. The water is right across the street. I felt safe at night either walking or scootering back @8-9p from Trastevere; there are 3 secured doors that you must get thru. I can’t hear the neighbors, up stairs nor from next door; the building is solid. I can hear traffic thru the windows but not a deal breaker. The bathroom is spacious. We are a party of 3 adults, it was tight but we were gone from sun up to sun down.

The owner, Andrea couldn't have been more helpful. He even sent me updates on the metro strike as I was coming in on the train and a helpful little video on how to do the self-checkin! The room was very clean, well prepared with fresh towels and toiletries. There's also a fridge if you need it and a kettle to make tea/coffee (provided). Comfy and perfectly located: the Vatican is a 10 minute walk away and Piazza Navona maybe 15, with the Trastevere area close by too.

A bit of city traffic noise at night, but if you've walked around Rome all day as I did you'll be too tired for it to bother you.

Location was very convenient and within walking distance of most major tourist destinations in the centre of Rome. The friendly mostly prompt text messaging, willingness to help organise transfers to the airport . The room was clean and the pillows on the bed are comfy. Free wifi. Map of central Rome with tourist destinations and a QR code linking to discounts/deals for tickets, tours and recommendations for destinations. Cleaning staff are friendly. Good air conditioning.

The hotel was difficult to locate when we first arrived as there appears to be no signage to say that the hotel is located in the building, certainly was a “Secret Rhome”. we had to watch a video sent to us on WhatsApp to identify that we were at the correct building. once we were in the building there was nobody at the desk and this appeared to continue for our whole stay. we couldn’t pay the city tax straight away or when we left, we were advised to leave some money in the room via text message. Wifi connection was intermittent at times, you could use a wifi booster in the room to fix this issue.

excellent location, about 5-10 minute walk from St Peter. Good building and room. Good service: clean, quite, with basic necessities.

Parking is not reserved and if you do not understand how limited transit areas work you may get ticketed. I hope I didn’t. I will know in a few months…

We had a wonderful stay at Secret Rhome! The staff was very helpful responding to all the questions regarding our arrival to Rome since it was our first visit to Italy. Location, Location... this is the best location to visit Rome. Short walk to the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, PIT Touristic Center, 10 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, Pantheon Neighborhood, restaurants, transportation, shops all steps away. 20+ minutes walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and North Rome. The Staff was very helpful, even they are not on site all the time, but they respond to your messages timely with whatever information you need. I always had a timely response to my question before and during my stay there. The staff helped me change my reservation with Booking.com since I had to leave a day before than originally planned, They provided me with the Covid Test requirements for Italy and locations to have our testing done before our cruise. They also made arrangements for a private driver to pick us up at the airport and he was waiting for us at the airport exit door when we arrived. Luggage storage on the last day after checkout was a great help. We left our luggage there after checked out and returned on the early evening to retrieve it before our departure from Rome.

Location is the best to walk for both sides, through Vatican and through the historical center. There are supermarkets, sinks for the water, restaurants and bus stop just in front of the building. It is well secured with 4 locks till the room. There is tea and coffee in the room with a little fridge.

Since it is near the main road, there is noise and lights all the night. Bathroom was smelling a bit bad. I have never seen and talked with the staff but they were nice and helpful with the messages.

The very central location and a nice cosy room with noise cancellation were really good! The management was pleasant and flexible, attentive to our needs. So we really enjoyed our stay!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I’d just add some spoons for tea and some more hangers to the bathroom, everything else was alright!

Excellent location. A little hard to find, thankfully our driver (organised for us by Secret Rhome) showed us the entrance. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Handy to buses and the bus directly to the train station is just around the corner. Bed was super comfy. Nice big shower. Nice and dark with the shutters.lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The room was a little small and the bed was against the wall so a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Aircon was noisy when the fan was on.

The location is perfect, very close to the city center and everything in a walking distance. Great connections with Fiumicino airport train + bus from Ostiense stops in front of the b&b. room is nice, the beds are comfortable, nice addition is a coffee machine at the reception. Communication with the owner is quick and very precise. Would recommend this b&b.

A water pressure was a bit lower so it is a bit annoying while showering but it has nothing to do with the owner,
