I gave top scores for all the above except bed. Please don't get me wrong, the bed was OK, my wife had no issues and she slept like a baby. It's just that I like very hard matrasses :) The location was fantastic, 10 minutes away from the Colosseum (5 for fast walkers) and even closer to Manzini metro station. The breakfast setup was quite special and very effective. One receives a stocked fridge and also a basket full of breakfast snacks and treats. All of them were delicious and plentiful. The room was clean, eveythng in the bathroom was nice and functional, we had no issues whatsoever. Access to netflix was a nice perk :)

De desk thingy in the room was a bit old looking, with some peeled paint. It really didn't matter. Oh, actually there is something that definitely needs an improvement: there's a step that separates the small hallway that leads from the bathroom and entrance to the main room and it needs to be marked with something, like tape or sticker :) We got used to it after our second day... It's such a small and easy fix, it's definitely worth making in order to avoid any mishaps :)

Wonderful and helpful staff. The accommodation is at perfect location that offers possibility to explore the city of foot. Termini station is 10 min walk away from accommodation which is very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Room is cosy and clean. At in all, an amazing experience.

We dont't have any complaint, all communication with host was easy, she is very prescient.

Room was clean and comfortable, with modern and tasteful decor. Checking in was made super simple. The property was a great location, near to the train station and also several bus stops so we could get to all the main attractions in Rome easily. Emanuela was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Better selection of items for breakfast. Maybe some fruit, or more fresh pastry items.

The location was perfect, a short walk through the park to the Colosseum and all other attractions. The room was in a lovely traditional Italian apartment block, which we loved. Nice clean room and comfy bed.

Great location, well equiped with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Matched pictures as shown on booking. Had lots of information on activites do to. Host was friendly and quick to respond.

You'll need to use apartment shoes and shower could use a little upgrade, but other than that it is perfect for the ones, who want to enjoy the city. 10 minutes to Coliseum by foot! all the busses you'll need right there around the corner and groceries down the street. Would definitely love to come once more! And the host!!! She was amazing! Huge thanks to her for all the tips and benefits she gave us

Sometimes I wish there was a second pair of keys, but that's also preferential :)

The location was excellent, the self check in was very easy, the beds were comfortable and the room clean.

The room was furnished very basic, unlike the online pictures. It wasn't really a problem though, as we figured out where to put our things with what was available.

the location is very good and central.

it can be noisy if the windows are open. tea and coffee are not replenished daily.
