I really enjoyed how clean and welcoming the location was. It is important to know that when you arrive the building throws you off however, it is safe clean. The bathrooms did have a weird smell however, other than that it was great. Please try the restaurant next-door. It is a local business that serve delicious homemade food from 10 AM to 4 PM so worth it. Also, the train station is right there you have to take the B LINE than the A line. It should bring you to all the main attractions in Rome.  Also they will help you get a taxi if you need to go to the airport!

 It was further away from termini station and some of the main attractions in Rome, so be prepared to take a taxi. The bus is not very friendly at night, so it is easier to take a taxi. It should cost about 10 bucks.

I like the property owner Ms Kate as she is very pretty and kind. She ensure that we have enough food for breakfast even though the items are not fanciful. The location is very convenient as it is very near the metro station Policlinico (2 stops away from central train station Termini) which only takes 3-5mins walk (turn left after exiting from the station gantry). I will definitely return despite the 🚿 issue due to the convenience of metro station, buses and the cosy environment.

The environment is very nice and cosy. However, we had to share toilet and there is only one of it. The toilet is very clean except that the water from the shower is very small and the water will suddenly turn very hot despite turning the faucet to the centre. Also the hair dryer only works for 2 mins and it will stop automatically, need to wait for another 5 mins before it starts to work again.

First of all, I want to single out the great receptionist Cate, who serves breakfast and makes your stay even more pleasant. The approach with which he approaches people is rarely seen. Very nice and professional. A very tasty, fresh and light breakfast that will guarantee that you will not feel sleepy after a heavy breakfast and will want to explore the city. The location of the hotel is incredible, about a 1-minute walk from the metro, with which you can get to all the sights in a few stops. Very simple check in with attached data for entry if you arrive after 13.30 in the afternoon. The terraces were a big benefit, one of which was open 24 hours a day. Beautiful and modernly furnished rooms in a historic building. The cleanliness of the room and very comfortable mattresses with high hardness. Great satisfaction and we can only recommend. Feel like staying in a hotel but with a private guesthouse. We would love to come back when we come to Rome again. Everything was perfect.

The opportunity to enjoy the view of the city while drinking a take-away Aperol Spritz on the balcony is amazing. The bathrooms are also really well maintained and extremely clean. We also asked if they could make an exception for us and anticipate the breakfast because we had to leave early and they accomodated the request beautifully, leaving us some food in the room. It was really appreciated. The Hotel is located next to the Metro which is also great for moving around.

We wished the reception was available when we arrived to ask a couple questions.

Location, close to Rome Termini & Metro Station! Though the property is a service Apartment. we entered almost mid-night but staff had sent us all the details and it was a very easy check-in for us. We also were checking out early, & staff proactively notified us that they will serve as breakfast early in the room (& it was made available). we would love to visit again!

1 Major dislike & 1 minor dislike Major Dislike - Breakfast! Its just a set of pick-ins from a grocery store! Minor Dislike (Cant really be a dislike) - Shared Bathroom, but bathroom was usually empty & clean..Guess much can’t be done as its a service Apartment & we chose the room with shared bathroom.

The staff was very pleasant and courteous, making sure that everything was taken care of! Also the breakfast on the terrace every morning was delicious. A good assortment of fruit, with a croissant, yogurt, juice, coffee & toast (+ some extra snacks)

Noise travels easily between rooms, being in the corner room near the shared bathroom meant we heard everything from people talking on the phone to opening & closing doors.

The terrace and view from the room. This was the main asset of this room. Check-in instructions were correct and went smooth despite there being no staff when arriving. One of the beds was broken, and this was immediately fixed when I pointed that out.

The breakfast was not really worth it. We have traveled a lot in Italy and know that our Danish view of what is breakfast does not really match the Italian way, but this was not good, even for Italian standards. The broken bed ... that did not look like a recent damage, so they could have fixed it before we arrived,

This hotel is a small business on the 4th floor in an Art Deco building, conventiently close to the metro. Using the lift is a journey back in time (but feels absolutely safe). The hotel is clean and tidy, the breakfast tasty (including yoghurt, fruit, but no veggies), there is a coffee/tea making facility for everyone to use in the corridor, and access to a communal balcony/terrace area, which is gorgeous.

The instructions for entering the building and the hotel area were sent just hours before arrival, even though I told them a month before at what time exactly I was arriving. It was nerve-wrecking to arrive in Rome without really knowing how to get into the booked accommodation. A message one day in advance (which tends to be done by other hotels) would have been fair.

exceeded our expectations, our room had a shared bathroom but we were the only ones using it and it was cleaned daily. breakfast was great with fresh croissants, fruit, Coffee, juice, yoghurts etc. host was incredibly friendly and hospitable during our stay. also Metro was 1 minute walk away which we used every day to visit all the sites.

I loved the hospitality shown by the host. Simply exceptional. The owner clearly loves what she does and gives of herself to ensure that guests are well looked after. We booked this room because of the value, but got much more than we bargained for. If in Rome again, we'll definitely book here. I especially loved the breakfast area, and the communication was exceptional.
