The room was clean and the proximity of the hotel to the termini was excellent! They have umbrellas in case there is rain. They stored my luggage until it was time for me to leave, and that was a plus! There are plenty of restaurants around the area.

I did not like the idea that they sent me to another hotel that was like a half a block away from the main one that I reserved. They should specify in the website that if they run out of rooms, they will send you somewhere else. That was a surprise for me.

Location is very close to the Termini Station where you can take a train to another city, and the subway or bus to move around the city. So it is very convinient. The room was air conditioned, making it easier to sleep confortable in the heat wave we were experiencing while in Rome.

Breakfast does not include fruit, but this seems to be common in many places in Rome. However, it was a good breakfast with bread, cheese, ham, salami, yogurt, cereals and some pastries. The coffee was very good.

Location is good since you have the metro at 200 mts and bus 492 even closer, which will get you anywhere in the city main points of interest. Staff was nice and breakfast pretty good. Room was comfy. Great Wifi too. Overall great value!

Bathrooms could be a little bigger, but I know this is pretty standard in Rome.

The location was excellent. Lots of eats and drinks. 10min walk to trains and buses. Close to attractions. Ample breakfast to start the day. Rooms and showers are on the small side but did the job. Great that there was a lift. We are a family of 5. Ages 69 66 38 37 and 4.

Perfect location 👌 Station 🚉 Restaurant. Shopping 🛍 Perfect.all walking distance It's take only 15 to 20 min to all show museum and colosseum. 25 to 30 min to water park and city bus tour starts just 5 min walk from the hotel 🏨

Kettle that's something you should have in every room just cost £10 to £15.

very nice hotel, a good location! the staff is really nice and the rooms are pretty with a few paintings on the wall. not very noisy. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are cleaned up every day! breakfast is very good too! i recommend!

Location was so handy. Close to train station and many restaurants. It is a 30min walk to the Colosseum which was amazing. Room was spacious and bathroom was even more spacious. Had lots of compartments for belongings.

Breakfast could be better. Not much savoruy selection when we were there.

Good location near Termini station, free luggage custody before check in and after check out, clean room and bathroom, towels changing every day, free wifi, hairdryer and everything neccessary in the bathroom, very comfortable bed.

No eggs and no fruit for breakfast, every day same one type of salami and cheese (among other breakfast offerings...muesli, butter, jam, marble cake, kuglof, coffee, joghurt etc.)

the hotel is clean and the Wifi was good and it’s near the termini station my room was in the other building near the hotel in 3rd floor so the building is old but the room is good they let me check in at 12 pm

I booked a room for 3 persons and the third bed was not adjusted well they put a large mattress then the bed so my mother at night she was going to turn herself over she felt down and got a cracked finger
