Staff were kind and I think upgraded my single bed to a double room bed They were also kind allowing me to leave my luggage safely locked with them until it was time to take the train out to Rome airport.they offered me a an area where I could repack additional items into my luggage and a room to freshen up in -so I was very grateful for that service -thank you very much! Very convenient to Termini Station -a little noisy at night as my room faced the street but slept well and quiet in the morning until the traffic started up.

Only that it was a noisy street but just the nature of the area

The hotel was in a nice area considering it was walkable from the train station. We felt safe and secure while walking to and from the hotel in all directions. The room was large and accommodating for 3 people. I traveled with my daughter and her friend. The AC was great when on. The bathroom was large enough for us and the towels were refreshed daily. The room was cleaned daily. We had breakfast every morning and it was typical European fare. The coffee was great. There are great restaurants nearby. We ate at Mino restaurant a few time and their food was fabulous.

The AC did not run consistently. We had to request for it to be turned on at the front desk. That was a little annoying because the first morning we woke up sweating. The staff became aware of our wants and we had them turn it on every time we passed the front desk as we returned to our room. It worked out.

The room was good, the people were friendly and the breakfast was nice. Liked the vibe, was easy to walk around the place and see a lot of places.

The hotel is very accessible and easy find. The staffs are very nice, the room is sparkling clean tho i didn’t sleep because we checked-out on the 2nd day (didn’t consume the 2nd night anymore due to changed plan) but i was able to check if my friend who stayed for the first night had a comfortable one and said he likes very much the hotel. When he comes back next year, he’ll consider Hotel Dei Mille and will refer the hotel to his friends. I will also do the same on my next visitors.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions, alternative transport methods e.g. bus, metro, train and many local bars and restaurants also. The room was exactly as advertised. Very clean, compact but contained everything needed. Breakfast offers a variety of options which is great to "start your day". This hotel offers exceptional service from check in to check out. The reception, housekeeping and breakfast room staff always greet you with a smile and go the extra mile to help!

Location was great. Everything was a close enough walk for us and even for our young kids. Room was great for our family of 4 (3 beds). The breakfast was ok. It's your normal "Italian breakfast". I did want to mention that we did have issues. As new travelers to Europe, we were not aware that we are to show our passports even though we live in Italy right now. (We're Canadians). The front desk was very accommodating. He helped us figure out a way to get checked in so we did not have to travel all the back to Naples. Thanks so much.

Even though we appreciated the setup, the room itself was small. we had to dodge bed to the washroom bc it was quite close.

Great location and value. It would be hard to find a place for 3 people for the price that we got If you don't mind sleeping in the same room. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. Recommended!

The watter pressure was not great and the lack of ability to control the АC personally. The temperature and power of the climatisation are operated by the reception. Not a dealbreaker for a couple of days by any means.

Breakfast was okay. Hotel location is great such that it is near the train station (Roma Termini).

The elevator stops in the mezzanine in between floors. So if you are carrying a heavy luggage, you need to carry that up a half flight of stairs. Plus the room attendants (if there are any) will not help you carry your luggage. So travel light when checking in this hotel.

Walking distance (with bags) from Termini central station, clean rooms, fair breakfast included in our rate. Staff was kind. We arrived very early in the morning and they gave us at least 1 out of 2 rooms immediately at no extra cost. Kept our bags when needed. Super

Centralized air conditioning system, I had to call reception every time I needed to adjust the temperature, the fan and all. But they helped quickly.

The Hotel is located near Termini station and it's close to the city center (~30min walk to get to main attractions). Also, very well connected you can take the metro/bus to everywhere. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We were able to leave our backpacks in the last day to visit the city and then pick them up before going to the airport.

The AC is controlled from the reception area, you have to tell them when to open/close or adjust the temperature. This was a bit of a bummer since we didn't know that we had to tell them and when we got to the room it was very hot, but we didn't want to sleep with the AC on all night either (the reception closes at 12 and you can chose to either have the AC on until next morning or have it off at 12). Breakfast has relatively limited options and it's high on sugar.
