Location 2 minutes to Plaza Novana, easy walk to Pantheon, Spanish steps, and Forum. The woman at front desk was very helpful, pleasant and went out of her way to accommodate us. Exceptional value for money. Room was large,clean, quiet, modern. There is roof top restaurant 3 doors down that was fabulous (Terrazza Delle 5 Lune) We would stay there again.

I was initially concerned as it is a small hotel within a multi-use building. There is no commercial sign on front . It is on second floor with old elevator. Nonetheless, it was an excellent experience. I would stay there again.

Quaint hotel in a historic building with lift, staff were so accomodating with our luggage when we arrived before our check in time. Modern room, comfy bed and lovely balcony with landmark views. The neighbourhood was central to all the attractions we visited. So many great food options nearby, both tourist rated and authentic local ‘hidden gems’. We mainly walked everywhere but anything that we weren’t comfortable walking to was easy on a scooter or a short taxi ride. There is also a bus stop on the same street. Prior to our stay I did read a couple of reviews about noise, however we had no trouble sleeping without the earbuds they provide. Easy to access, easy communication and instructions.

The shower is small with a big rainfall head, not great if you don’t want your hair wet BUT they provide shower caps so crisis averted. Everything was as described so met all expectations.

Great location to all main sites in Rome, equidistant to all the main tourist spots. Comfy bed and great sized room, we were in the "junior suite". Balcony overlooking street and to the left over the river up to the huge court house. Soundproofing good in view of traffic. Air con worked well. We were late to check in so the access to the hotel was sent electronically to us in advance. There is the main door from the street (no advert for the hotel here but we had been sent photos of what this would look like as well as the address!), two flights of stairs then the door for the hotel (another code for this) then the room code. Once inside we found keys which we could use for the rest of the stay if we wished, although electronic access remained available.

Wifi wasn't great, intermittent speeds. Volume of water in shower was variable as well as the temperature. The electronic access was OK as long as you have signal and power in your phone battery

The location was perfect. Walking distance from most attractions, for examples 10 minute walk to the Vatican City. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Plenty of adorable narrow streets with lots of stores and restaurants in a short walking distance. The bedroom was nice, spacious and surprisingly quiet given the location. The bed was comfortable. The shower in our room had a disco light and window facing the bed which was different and fun.

WiFi was slow and could be improved.

Highly recommended in Rome! The location is perfect, as it's just a stone's throw away from Piazza Navona, and with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The bus stop to the historic city center is also right in front of the building, which is incredibly convenient. The room itself is stylishly decorated and we also appreciated the nice and kind reception, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were able to drop our luggage off before check-in and leave it there after check-out, which made our trip much smoother. Everything is top-notch, we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We booked a stay for our parents wedding anniversary. Staff were so helpful during the booking process and prior to arrival making sure we had the right directions etc and helped us arrange extra surprises for them on arrival. Our parents loved the room with a balcony and the air con was a blessing during the recent heatwave. Our parents found everything very comfortable and the location was perfect for them to see all of the sights. Would recommend!

The location of the hotel was excellent, especially if you're going to Vatican City, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The street was exceptionally noisy, but with our noise maker and ear plugs it was fine. The AC was nice and cold, the girl who ran the front desk was extremely helpful and so was a nice old man that helped us into the front door and into the tiny elevator! I think he took care of the building, kind of similar to a doorman in the US.

The shower was SO small that it was very hard to take a proper shower!

Amazing location. The staff were very helpful, we can recommend using WhatsApp, as they used this for communication, and they always answered us immediately! The room was good sized with its own refrigerator. We could have used some space for clothes, but maybe not many are here for more than a week as we were.

Needed a little more space for clothes as we were here for 8 nights, but it worked out fine.

Location is great, near bus stops and close to sites! Beautiful!

We had 3 rooms The standard room (room 2) has a very small walk in shower...(the other rooms had a larger walk in shower). In addition, the standard room has a step in the room (and so did the Balcony Room 5) there is a room that has NO step in it and that is room 6.....so check directly with the hotel if this is an issue. Otherwise, I'd 100% recommend this hotel! It's fantastic! And worth every penny! We'd definitely go back! The balcony room (number 5) is worth the little extra $$ if a step inside the room ..to and from the bathroom isn't an issue.

1. Sofa and upholstery of the bed are needed to professional cleaning It would be awesome to have a bathrobes. It’s not a con because the hotel’s facilities doesn’t contain bathrobes, just a wish :)
